Hello there, my acquaintances at the Deep Space Engineering.
I'm contacting you today, due to some hauling for the Cold Lake Project hosted by your very selves. Due to a contract presented to Gateway Shipping, it has been discovered that they have the preference to have quite a bit of the contract split with another cooperation. Now. All of the other alternatives I have a plan down with the other commodities, thus I would like to invite Deep Space Engineering to haul the specific materials if it is within the budget.
A contract was put forward to Gateway Shipping about hauling 230,000 units of Superconductors. We received a prompt response on their willingness to be able to haul 70,000 units. I'd like Deep Space Engineering to pick up the remaining 160,000 units that are required for this part of construction to be complete.
The pickup location will be on "Pueblo Station" in the Colorado system, and is to be dropped off on "Freeport-14" in the Alberta system.
Of course, credits from the Cold Lake division of the budget will be routed directly into the Deep Space Engineering's budget as this is completed, allowing the use of the credits for other matters besides being dedicated to Cold Lake that the funds have been injected into.
If this is possible, i'd appreciate a response as soon as possible so I know not to inquire with other companies of the transportation of the required equipment. Of course, we will require proof of each delivery just like everybody else, to keep things neat in the log-books.
I await your response.

As uncertainties face any project, we anticipated the need
to fill in the gaps when it comes to the logistical equation.
It's unfortunate that Gateway Shipping has been occupied
in contracts elsewhere, but we appreciate their part in this
monumental project.
We'll get right on this and begin delivering the final portion
of the contract with in 24 hours. Please get in touch if there
are any other short comings to be tended too.
