Major Orin- hold on, says the ranking system changed again... Veteran Agent? Agent Commander? One of the two, I'm assuming.

To the point, though, this is Lancer, formerly Gamma 2 of the 91st Wizards. The last Admiral I was in touch with couldn't find the records on them, so I'm guessing they were purged as a security measure. I'll say no more, under that assumption.

I've established a cover identity in Liberty, as a civilian businessman and part-time mercenary taking security jobs here and there. The wars aren't my concern, but it gives me an excuse to monitor Outcast and military activity.

I've trained my wingmen, and gradually sent them back for a formal induction into The Order. I believe the trip was covered by GMG convoys, but I wasn't the one to organize them so I may be mistaken.

We are perfectly established for undercover work and sheltering other Order operatives now.

Before my requests, one question - what are Order relations with assorted groups operating in Liberty? Preserving cover may require me to act against them anyway, but I'd like to at least minimize that.

To the requests. We would like clearance to claim internal Order bounties, our ships bear the [8A] designation. We don't fly Order transponders for, well, obvious reasons really, but the additional income would be helpful in keeping our operations going.

Secondly, if there are any groups you can get in touch with regarding technology loans, it would be appreciated. If not, we can continue as we have with civilian-grade equipment. It's not quite rated for edge worlds use, but in house space it should suffice.

Files left by one of my precedessors confirm you are indeed working for The Order undercover, for quite significant time by now. Do not concern yourself with streamlined ranking structure, this is an issue that will be worked out when your cell will have to directly work alongside regular elements of The Order in the field.

I am Grand Admiral Golanski. While we have not met, I have also worked for Intelligence departments of The Order under several admirals until departure of Osborne and instability within command structures that occured afterwards. Recruits we receive from our recruiters spread across Sirius are needed to maintain continuity therefore I advise to continue carrying out this particular duty.

That is, it will likely not happen under your current cover and deep within Liberty. Current political situation in Liberty offers significant flexibility but our core conflicts remained. LSF agents hostility towards us skyrocketed over past year, making them likely to use all tricks, manpower and arsenal available to drop the hammer against any of our operations in their sphere of influence.

Self defense is approved against everyone in any case, with lethal force. If bounty hunting is vital to mantaining your cover, you are permitted to take part in anything you seem fit against our enemies. That saying I will see what can be done within our internal system and equipment requisition. You will be notified of the changes.
