My name is Renee Thorpe and I'm a Freelancer with a past history of working with Liberty, Interspace Commerce as well as a few groups hunting Outcasts, Corsairs and other criminals. I have always been interested in your culture and have traversed through your systems whenever I had the time. So this brings me to my question:
I have recently acquired a craft of Libertonian origins - a BDR-804 "Guardian" Very Heavy Fighter. Now as far as I'm aware, from last time I visited, there is currently an embargo going on between the Kusari Republic and the Republic of Liberty so my question is would flying said ship within the borders of Kusari raise any legal issues? Would there be any forms I need to fill in or anything else before entering Kusari to avoid any complications?

We thank you for taking the time to contact the Ministry of Defense in regards to your intention to enter the Republic of Kusari's sovereign territory. Your efforts are most appreciated, as few these days bother with such formalities. I have taken the time to go through the laws of the Republic and have conversed with the Minister of Defense on this matter. I apologize for the delay but have found it best to be thorough in situations such as these.
The Legal system of the Republic of Kusari has no standing in regards to the vessel as specified, namely one BDR-804 "Guardian" Very Heavy Fighter as such you are free to operate said craft within the Republic of Kusari subject to the laws of the Republic.
While there is an embargo currently in place against the Republic of Liberty, stated embargo only covers listed goods and not vessels as defined by the Kusari Legal Codex, hence you are free to cross the border in either direction of travel as long as you maintain your civilian passport and remain in good standing within the Republic of Kusari.
