Hello and greetings from your near neighbors, the Golden blades Squadron.
We would like to discuss a business matter with you and obtain a quotation for our accommodation needs for an event we wish to hold at your Resort and Spa on Curacao.

This Sunday between 19.30 GMT and 22.30 GMT, we would like to reserve 20 Berths for Fighter class Vessels of ourselves and our guests.

We will be holding our biannual 'Top Gun' Trophy event at the Central training Arena, and would like to use your resort for our pre event conference, accommodation, berthing and after event party.

We will be staging the event, hopefully, from your fine resort and those in attendance will be in best dress uniform for the duration of their visit.

Our needs are as follows, an auditorium for the pre event induction, instruction and introduction, with speakers from ourselves and our honoured guests.
We will, closer to the event, confirm numbers; but would like to reserve 20 Suites, 20 Berths and would like your hospitality department to put on wine, beers and canapes for the opening ceremony, and suitable amount of liquor, beer and wines, along with entertainment for the closing, and presentation ceremony.

Please reply back with a quotation for our needs and we will send cleared funds upon receipt.

We sincerely hope that O S & C can host our event and that you can help us make it pass as smoothly as possible.

Please note that individual room accounts, such as mini bar, masseuses and visiting 'professional' ladies will be borne by the rooms occupier and not ourselves.
