Since we have 2 BattleStars and 2 Vipers i'd love if disco added a Raptor (Bomber) and the corresponding Cylon ships my Idea would roughly look like this..


Colonial = Cylon


BS Class: BattleStar/Battlestar Advanced = Baystar Advanced

Bomber Class: Raptor Vessel = Heavy Raider

Fighter Class: Viper Mk.I/Mk.II = Light Raider


Seeing as RP for Current BSG ships is that Zoners discovered abandoned ships and researched them to make Duplicates something similar could be used if this idea was to come to fruition maybe.

This will not happen. Discovery expands Freelancer, not Battlestar Galactica and although few ships are already here, no more will come.

There is already a dedicated BSG server up & running (you'll have to google it, I won't display another servers info on Disco)

And personally, after playing on the mentioned BSG server before.. it basically SUX compared to the extensive story lines & several different groups & factions Disco has to offer.. Read the story lines, learn the rp rules, hell you just may enjoy it here more :D

I know which server you're on about I was on it.

I agree it's not as good as Disco and I do enjoy this server more but all i'm saying is if you're going to have the Colonial ships please add the (imo cooler) cylon ships as well.

It would be a bit naive to think the zoners discovered one set of ships but NOBODY discovered the remaing ones anyway. (For the sake of RP, of course);)

There are already people wanting the Battlestars replaced (I'm among them, no offense to CR, but BSG ships just aren't FL), so the chances of getting new BSG ships isn't just none, but in the negatives. BSG ships will start being replaced more than they will be added..

CR = Colonial Remnant, the BSG-related faction.
Battlestars are the same size as other BSs, but look out-of-place.
Cylon Raider = Marauder on Disco

The Battlestars are "normal" battleships, although with very ugly models.:mellow:But do not worry, Doom will make replacements for them someday.;)
