Good day gentlemen,

The ‘Good Conduct Ribbon’ is presented to 2LT Patrick 'X3N0' Caesar, of the Golden Blades Squadron, who distinguished himself by exceptionally meritorious service in support of Squadron operations against Corsair aggression in the Omega 3 System.
During this period, he astutely surmounted extremely adverse conditions to obtain consistently superior results.

Through diligence and determination, he accomplished every task quickly and efficiently. His unrelenting loyalty, initiative, and perseverance brought him wide acclaim and inspired his peers to strive for maximum achievement.

Selflessly working long and arduous hours, he has contributed greatly to the success of the Squadrons’ effort. While undertaking to take on the role of combat trainer as an additional duty.

His commendable performance was in keeping with the finest traditions of the Colonial Military and reflects credit upon himself and the Golden Blades Squadron as a whole.
