laggy controls

hello!

i am having a quite annoying problem with the movement controls.
it started out from nothing, no update, or modification of any sort, just like that, like bolt out of blue.
The W A S D buttons seems to be laggy, i have to press it down for longer period of time, and its accelerating very very slow, the numpad controls or the cursors functioning ok !! and the afterburner is also behaving like on off on off on off in very high frequency, also can't get a full after burn speed (it seems that w a s d keys also have this frequency listed problem, but its not obvious in gameplay) i have tried mapping them to other place, defaulting the controls, another keyboard, nothing seemed to work...
if any of you guys have another opinion, before i try reinstalling the game would be nice thank you !

Is your keyboard hooked up to an extender for the cord length? That can cause lag in response time.

nope, i even tried wireless keyboard...
