Don't ask what made me make this kind of stupidity but I somehow decided to try out a Coalition Gunboat. So here I've some questions:
1) There is a planet in O-52, Planet Tbilisi (and Tbilisi is my native town in rl), but as I can see it's just a gas planet at the moment. And I'm interested if there were any inhabitants in the past. I mean,if a person can RP like he was born on that planet.
2) I've read Coalition ID that: "-Can demand (some cargo), and can attack the ship if it refuses to comply" Can I get the last sentence as the pilot carrying the Coalition ID can shoot the transports who refuses to follow any kind of Coalitioner's demand?
I don't mean cash-piracy. But can Coalitions by any RP pirate transports who're hauling some other cargo,which aren't listed in their ID? Or can it only try to pirate or disturb the one who's hauling only cardamine,liquid cardamine,hox,nomad equipments/remains, slaves or artifacts?

As It's a gas planet that isn't inhabital, so There's no person that lives/was born on this planet.

I Believe that the second part of the sentence was meant for the cargo.

I think that Coalition can demand cargo related to survival, like Oxygen, Food related commodities, water etc..
I haven't played Coalition much, thus my answers may be wrong or incomplete
Even if the RP is survival and revenge? Don't Coalition do anything just to reach the goal? If the RP is the willing of revenge, which makes the pilot depart from the homeland and set out on a long journey,which doesn't even have the end... This will make the pilot survive in the dangerous space,where everyone are just his hostiles. The only way to survive and get some goods is piracy...
Cannot person with coalition ID RP like that?

The act of piracy or terrorism won't really take part near their space. I'm pretty sure about that. This will happen too far from those Omegas. So can I get this as, the person with Coalition ID can do some piracy or terrorism away from their space?

That line isn't in the Coalition ID. It also doesn't define a ZoI.
The Wiki article is just outdated (as it says at the top).
Unless my ship has a very special ID, which I doubt.
This Coalition is different than the old one. We are not Pirates, hell even in our way we could even think that the Coalition are Lawfuls, no Piracy allowed. As our reputation with civilians clearly points out our neutrality in this occasion. It would go clearly against the factions Roleplay and it's story which they stood for so long. I'm sure this "outside their space" are meant for allies as you can see the Coalition has Pirate allies, but they don't appreciate them pirating right infront of their nose. Piracy outside their eyes, none concern of the Coalition. But as a Coalition you don't pirate, think of it like suddenly trying to Pirate Liberty Corps in your Rheinland char, doesn't work even though Rheinland is hostile towards Liberty. The Coalition does not share the ideology of a Pirate, their goal is Revolution not piracy.
The Coalition and by extension the SCRA have come a long way. They are no longer a gaggle of pirates, criminals and anyone willing to fight for some distant cause. They are an organized and effective (if small) military force.
The ID allows Coalition pilots to demand things that are either a threat to humanity or in exploitation of humanity. I.E Nomad remains, slaves, cardamine and so on. Artifacts are the exception, with them simply being demanded to spite the Corsairs.
Now, to understand why your idea doesn't make much sense you need to look at the roleplay of the Coalition as a whole. Paranoia is their trademark and as such each and every ship is tracked and has a fail-deadly device which allows it to be remotely destroyed by the Commissariat should a pilot desert, go AWOL or even just because they looked at a Commissar funny.
I suggest with the roleplay you have in mind that you use a Pirate ID instead as it would be more fitting for what you have in mind. The Coalition is not the faction you want if you wish to run off with a faction gunboat and start pirating civilians to survive.
As a side-note, not everyone hates us. A Coalition pilot in need can always sneak into a Zoner base or even find the occasional sympathetic miner . We can even find refuge in one of the more hidden IMG bases out there.

But also, you can defend allied ships. (read attack ship, that shoot Hessian/Molly/some other's ship)

You can always RP, that you've enjoyed sightseeing Tbilisi in childhood.
