What happened to "Hogosha" pilots?

I formerly was able to role play using Hogosha pilots. Now it seems all Hogosha npcs drop 'pirate pilots".

What happened to change this?


With the upcoming hostilities in Kusari for the new mod, I'd like to be able to capture Hogosha identifiable pilots again.

i think only higher end hogosha npcs drop pilots. Of course, where to find 'higher end' hogosha... i have no idea.

It depends on what level of Hogosha you shoot. I think level 11+ pops one, which you can find in s-19

I used to get them all the time--now I see none no matter where I shoot them--not that I'm admitting I have shot them--hehe.
