Good evening,
As you may already know, the Liberty Navy facility in Manhattan orbit, Long Island Station, is currently being renovated and upgraded. Although our Logistics Corps have so far been able to tackle most the of the necessary commodities, a few yet remain outside of our reach.
Directors of Samura Heavy Industries, we would be most grateful if your vessels could deliver thirty-eight thousand, eight hundred (38,800) units of Optronic Arrays. The dockmaster at Long Island is currently instructed to pay one thousand, two hundred fifty (1,250) credits per unit for these. Is this an acceptable price for you?
Doe Industries, would your company be interested in providing thirty-eight thousand, eight hundred (38,800) units of High Performance Alloys? As with the Optronics, your transport captains will be paid one thousand, two hundred fifty (1,250) credits for each standard unit - how does that sound?
Finally, to the CEO of Borderworld Exports, our technicians have asked for eighteen thousand, eight hundred (18,800) units of PlasFoam Conduits. Again, we offer this at one thousand, two hundred fifty (1,250) credits each, if that is a satisfactory amount.
Either if your corporation is able to do these contracts, or if you are otherwise occupied, let us know in case we need to contact another group. Should you agree, please have the shipments completed in two weeks. Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
Fleet Admiral Teerin,
Liberty Navy First Fleet.

Fleet Admiral Teerin,
I must begin by thanking you for choosing Borderworld Exports. I'm sure you are aware by now that we are the premium in Bretonian Shipping, so your choice here is sound.
As to your request, I am afraid to say the Board of Directors is currently in the process of the regular board meetings. As such, I will be your contact of interest for the duration of this contract. I will be discussing this with my most senior supervisors in the Trade Combine, and will get back to you with a final answer on your request. Bowex values the contracts you provide, and will be assigning vessels shortly. Thank you once again.
Yours in Service to the Realm,
Maxamillion Wolf

Fleet Admiral Teerin,
Thank you for considering Deep Space Engineering for this project. We, as always, have been supporters of the Liberty Navy, and will continue to do so whenever needed.
As for the job, I can confirm that transports will be making their way to purchase and deliver the High Performance Alloy you requested, and that the job should be completed no later than Saturday, July 5, 821 A.S. A transmission will be sent when the job is completed. And thank you, once again, for the opportunity to serve Liberty once more - I can assure you personally that you will get what you need, professionally and quickly.

Konnichiwa honorable Teerin-san,
The Directors of Samura Heavy Industries have spoken and determined this business proposal is beneficial for both sides and have accepted it.
The requested quantity of thirty-eight thousand and eight hundred (38,800) units of Optronic Arrays will be delivered to Long Island Station. Our shipping Director has ordered our transport ships to put your order on their shipping lists and start delivering Optronic Arrays as soon as they finish their previous jobs. Expect them to be delivered soon.
If there is anything further you need shipped in from Kusari let us know via this transmission.

Afternoon, gentlemen.
The dockmaster has informed me that the last shipment of PlasFoam Conduits have been installed. Thank you all for your time and effort, especially to those from Samura and Doe who finished their shipments within a week.
In the future, should the need arise, we will be sure to look again to your fine companies for material shipments. Good business to you.
Sincerely,
Fleet Admiral Teerin,
Liberty Navy First Fleet.
