RNC-Seydlitz and RS|Steffen.Richter have been bastilled for:

Server Rule 3.1 An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Saying "Engaging" is not sufficient and aggressors are not allowed to destroy a ship before allowing sufficient time to respond. If a player is attacked he has the right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking. Trading nanobots, shieldbatteries or other ammo and equipment during a fight is also considered taking an active role in the engagement.

Consequences: Not certain about either of your skills at speaking English. Neither of you spoke a lick of it prior to attacking the Hessian. Your guns are gone. Your ships are in Bastille until you can prove you have a firm grasp of the rules and a sufficient grasp of English.

Good Day Admins.

I am not sure if I still remember the incident correctly and I suppose it has been a long time since, but from what I recall, I was in a group when orders were to fire and I did that without hesitation.But, I understand what was my mistake and I apologise for it. It was a sudden stimuli and I got carried away with the excitement, but I promise you and the members that I shall show better Roleplay and ingame sense in such situations from next time onwards.Thus, I state that I clearly understand the rule & I shall abide to it. I am sorry for my actions and I shall not repeat again. A lesson learnt.
I shall be grateful if you could move my vehicles out of Bastille when you deem it fit to do so.
