CL}Xavierastore has been sanctioned for:

Server Rule 3.1 An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Saying "Engaging" is not sufficient and aggressors are not allowed to destroy a ship before allowing sufficient time to respond. If a player is attacked he has the right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking. Trading nanobots, shieldbatteries or other ammo and equipment during a fight is also considered taking an active role in the engagement.

1.3 Every player must have one ID equipped on their ship. Player should follow the restrictions and allowances listed in their ID and their roleplay and conduct must match the actions of their characters. In cases where these restrictions and allowances conflict with the server rules, the ID overrides the rules.

Consequences: You and another player, both carrying Outcast IDs, show up to loot a wreck that has coveted CODENAMES. An NPC shows up and steals it from both of you. Oh Noez! It's a race to kill the NPC and get the codename back. The other guy manages to get the ASURAS. What do you do? Of course, you blast him to bits and steal the codename back. Not only did you kill a fellow Outcast, you didn't even RP with him before you popped him, not that that would matter much, I suppose. Anyways, your greed will cost you. I've taken every Codename off your ship as well as the guns. Sanction notes in their place.

I knew what I was doing, and it was not something that I would be lying that I did not. I saw this coming. I had been waiting in that ship for days just to see restart shuttles coming and picking up these codes, and running away. This time, I looted the wreck first and then this restart shuttle guy comes out of nowhere and loots the thing, when I blasted off that NPC.

Sure, I went mad because, waiting all these days and what not. Well, I have learnt my lessons that, I should also go code hunting in restart shuttles. Anyway, i apologise to the restart shuttle I blasted. Nothing more.
