Ideas on Bombers...

Bombers = very slow turning, having long range Missile that can flys like 7K and deals great damage.

so..if any kind of fighter is on your a**,,you are pretty much dead..



Ideas on LF and VHF..

VHF = carry midium-large damage Anti-Fighter missile, but those missile doesnt turn well but deals good damage and has fast projectile to a fighter..



LF = Carry small-midium damage Anti-Fighter missile, those missile doesnt deam much damage, but they turn very well, fly abit slower than VHF's Anti-Fighter Missile



Ideas on GB, Cruiser, Battleship

All cap weapon doesnt use energy..control it by re-fire rate (Maxium the possibility of the use of that ship)



GB Weapon = Laser Type, very fast projectile, but doesnt deal much damage on shield and low re-fire rate

= MG type, "traditional" AA weapon, good damage on shield, medium projectile, fast re-fire rate

= Ability to moute any Fighter Guns and Missiles (yes, it's a GUNBoat after all)



Crusier weapons = Mid-Range Anti-Cap cannon, very good damage, around 1300m/s projectile speed, 2.5K range, meddium re-fire rate, turret slow turrning

= AA weapon same as GB but deals more damage.

= Medium Range intercepting Missile (4K range, fast projectile, not good at turning, so doesnt work at close range, slow re-fire rate..and good damage on fighters)

= No CD (Cruiser is not for chasing..thank you..)



Battleship Weapons = Long Range HEAVY Anti-Cap Cannons, Great damage (like heavy motars), 1000m/s projectile speed, 5K range, very slow re-fire rate (0.2), slow turnning turrets.

= Long Range Heavy Laser Cannons, Great damage (like Battlerazor but not motars),1400m/s projectile speed, slow re-fire rate(0.25).

= AA-MG type..faster re-fire rate than Cruisers's, but same damage...and same speed.

= Cruise Missiles..BIG damage (abit more than a Heavy Motar), Medium-slow speed, suck at turning, it starts tracking enemy target 5 seconds after launching (yes,it's possible, at weapon_equip.ini, find "time_to_lock", then it might need to run some test on how does it work)

= No CD ( as its name, Battleship, not for chasing, thank you again)



and to all caps, proberbly need some boost on armour


All cap's missile like fighter's,,Ammo is required..

Reputation and Resupply..

In order to resupply in a base (ammos and bats only), you must at least total neutral to the owner of the base.



CM and CD

CD= drop down Train CD's turning ability, so it cant use on enemy fighter well..and rename it,,call it "Heavy CD)

CM= drop down it's effect, to about 40%~60%, (have you see a jet can evade enemy missile by only dropping 3~5 flares?).

good ideas. pretty sure most being discussed somewhere else, but its true, capitals SHOULD be armed for their roles. battleships arent for fighter and bomber smashing.

I like the ideas on the BS, make their weapons good at blowing up big stuff:D. What I don't like is the Bomber idea, since, if the missile would be useful for enemies 7K away, it would be useless against NPCs, because you can't see them from that far and Bombers are used a lot in PVP already:unsure:.

don't projectiles disappear after ~2k if there is no player between the target that is, say 7k away?

so essentially it would be pointless to have them fire that far?

nope..it wont..it just the effect..it will appear again in enemy's eyes after it reach 2K from enemy..(we have 3K+ range turret now..and even with the weapon effects on it..)

I like the ideas, but the BBs should have a lot more hull 5x-10x, and maybe no shield or some 100k shield.

But CDs should be left on ships. They are used if someone is trying to get away.
