So, a new update came out sometime ago.. I'm not sure if it was recent but I'm pretty sure it was this month. Anyway to the point, I was thinking of putting together a little 'clan', I know. So who plays? Who will play when more things are added? Who plays the mod and wants to play?

Yes, although it is bare compared to the mod (at the moment). It will be better in the long run, so personally I bought the SA instead of wasting more money on the mod to play for a short period of time. Obviously because it's an actual game now not a mod the engine and all the fancy things that are in games will be better.

No. It's an unfinished, buggy mess.

If you want to play Day Z, play the less unfinished, less buggy mess that's a free mod for Arma 2 and its expansion.

If you don't have Arma 2 and its expansion, it's not worth it.

The creator (Rocket) abandoned the game days after its release as soon as the money from the initial sales came in, and hasn't looked back.

It's been in this state for months.

I have the SA.
Have been pausing bc the last update (the one before this one) broke the interesting aspects.
Haven't tried this update now.
I mean... it's an Alpha. And it has cool aspects.
But ye, unfinished.
