I'mma get right to it, as that there "socializin'" ain't my thing. I wanted to shoot things in Kepler, an' I found this fella "Stealthtyper" Hoofin' it towards Liberty space in his fancy Outcast Dread. Now. Me, myself, and I, we ain't too fond of them sniffers bringin' their toys here. I told 'em to turn around and go hang 'round in Kusari land, but he didn't say nuthin'. I go to fire off a warnin' shot with my fancy Antimatter thingy, and he starts shootin' at me.
Little after that, the Navy fella's show up and start helpin' me out... Some sniffer Destroyer, by the name of Em, En, Es.... Dreamboat! MNS-Dreamboat guy, shows up an' dies to them Navy fellas. Navy ship almost dies and runs away, leavin' me with an angry, cranky, 'Cast t' deal with. I held my own for a short while.
Navy comes back with help, an' starts shootin' at the sniffer. Sniffer runs, an' docks on the Freeport place. So then, the Navy guy, one of 'em, starts shootin' ME! The others called 'em off for some reason. Dunno, don't care. Betsy is fine. Ol' Fat Girl practically killed a sniffer Dread today all on her own with that new Asuras gun I grabbed off some dead man in Colorado.
Now, you's all pro'lly wonderin' why ol' Red is callin' ya'. This 'ere is a message t' give y'all a heads up 'bout this guy. The Outcasts ar' gettin' outta' hand. This is the second one I got shot at by. Buggers.
Oh, yeah, 'eres a loverly picture of the big pest firin' at me.
Now, I hope y'all take care of this heads up, and I also hope that we can start puttin' an end to these pests bringin' their toys where they don't belong. I'm sick of 'em, and I'm tired... Slightly intoxicated, too. Ah well... Where the heck is the dang off button on this thing?
We're trying to bring this situation under control. We've submitted multiple reports against these ships, as well as StealthCaster himself. It's quite mysterious as to why the dock master did not revoke his docking rights after we gave the order though.
First off, who on earth are you?
At the moment, I'm not seeing anything that tells me your someone I should care about.
No information about who you fly under or anything.
Usually, I wouldn't waste my time replying to something like this, but I'm in a good mood today.
The Outcasts have been getting out of hand for a while now,
if that's new to you, then boy, you are behind the times.
Like cockroaches, if we kill this one - more will appear in its place.
Now you see our problem, right?
Here's what we'll do.
I'll tell my boys to keep an eye out for him.
If we see him, we'll kill him.
If not - well, we aren't chasing him all over Sirius.
Now lookie' here, Tori. I've been servin' Lord Moka as an Independent for quite a long time now under the State Colors. Now that Black is gone, I'm in charge. I've been 'round long enough to know they're a problem, but I only recently got outta' Sugarland. If things have gotten worse in the two years I spent in that hole, then I do like to be informed.
I am Texas Red. The Original Red. An' unless the Rogues forgot 'bout us, then let me remind ye'. We're the State Colors. We've been there to back you up when you were pinned, an' we always come out on top. I've been a Rogue nearly thirty-five years, an I've robbed, murdered an' plundered with the best of 'em. I've fought through two of them ol' model o' Battlecruisers on mah' own to cover some of yer' boys when Moka lead the Original Rogues. The whole "Padua" thing is a new concept to me. That don't matter, Moka is the boss an' I'll follow 'im.
The State Colors are back now that I'm outta that hell hole of a prison, an' I'm gon' make sure we're feared again. We've only listened tuh' two people in our lives. Moka, an' Black. Black is gone, so now all that's left is Moka. So, where is he, an' who are you?
You'll have to forgive me for not knowing who you are.
Seems that you and Moka had some stuff going on before I cared to take note of that.
Things have got worse since you've been inside. The Outcasts have no problems firing on Rogues.
And it would seem no one is able to stop them from doing this.
As for the Padua Rogues, we are Moka's more.... Loyal followers.
After he was exiled from the Liberty Rogues, we followed him here, we stood by his side.
Moka is still for all purposes the Warlord of the Rogues, But unfortunately he's gone and got himself a bit lost.
That's where I come in - Until we find him, myself and Thing will be keeping his seat warm.
Thing have changed since I been gone? Outcasts shootin' the Rogues? Well damn! That's enough information for me! You're keepin' Lord Moka's seat warm? Well, then I guess we answer to you now. You say th' word, an' mah' boys will roll in and pop any Outcasts we find. We'll show 'em who runs this place.
As fer' Moka vanishin'... Hm... We'll keep an eye out for 'em on the border systems and news stations. Don't think he woulda' been caught by the po-leece. Not like him to go peacefully. Anyhow, we're ready and willin' when you need us.
Your help would be appreciated.
Just remember the Rogue code of conduct, we still live by this.
Outcasts for the most part are still our friends, until they bring a capital ship into our space - or they shoot first.
Once they bring their fancy ships, or shoot, they are fair game.... Kill them.
Investigations are still going on around Moka's disappearance.
No sign of a fight makes us sure it wasn't the police.
Navy and the security guys are out of the question too.
With all the help we've been offered, he'll be back before we know it.
