Right, since I've contacted the other major head of the Junkers, I figured that I should inform you guys as well.
I've recently been greenlit by the Liberty Government to construct a new station outside Beaumont, and I'm just going to run it by you guys as well before the construction efforts begin. The primary usage of the base is to prevent overcrowding on Beaumont, but space has been set up to store valuable Premium Scrap from the neighboring field.
Of course, the Congress will have the following should you approve:
Docking Access
Premier Real Estate
Early Access to the Bar
VIP Privledges to the Buffet
Additional information: The base is to be a Freelancer installation similar to Barrier Gate, but with strong ties to the Junkers.
Well now this is the base I've heard whispered and rumors of around the scrap fields these days.
Seems you've done some solid work here in trying to establish a base in Texas.
While I can respect any and everyone's right to build.
I do in fact have a serious issue with any station being positioned too close to Beaumont.
Strange you hadn't brought this to us sooner.
Did you not think Junkers would be skeptical of any base building near their home?
Also were you not aware that we represent all Junkers?
Regardless of how they came to know us or be a Junker.
As long as they are identified Junker they are our family.
We are fiercely protective of one another and unfortunately cannot trust any outsiders.. especially ones we hardly know.
There are plenty of places and fields all around Texas and in short distance to Beaumont.
Should you decide to pick a different spot then perhaps we would also give our approval.
We would have a difficult time approving a Junker to build so close to the base.
Much less a Freelancer that is currently working with Junkers but not part of the faction.
So I would be denying a base being constructed within 20k of the Junker station Beaumont.
Lastly a lot of folks had heard rumors and whispers of this base and came to me in confidence.
They agree a non Junker station so close to a longtime existing Junker fixture such as Beaumont isn't necessary.
Simply put it's a security risk.. in short they don't want it on top of our beloved Beaumont.
Personally I am from Beau and would not allow anyone especially a non Junker to setup in my backyard.
No offense sir.. but I do not know you.

I don't believe you understand my reasoning behind this base.
Beaumont has recently begun turning into a mess; I've been onboard and observing the station for quite some time prior to the decision to create an extension of the base to help mitigate the horrendous amounts of overcrowding currently present on the station. That, and it's going to be maintained, supplied, and sanctioned by the Junker Marauders.
Besides, our buffet is going to have a chocolate fountain.
