Platinum Ore Export for Flox Corporation: [DRAFT]
This document is a binding agreement between Deep Space Engineering and Flox Corporation (Hereafter known as DSE and FLX respectively).
This contract is valid for 28 days with no obligations by either party to resume co-operation
after the final date. If trading is to resume, you must apply within 72 and 24 hours of the end date of this agreement. Late applications will not receive priority processing.
All deliveries and pick ups are to be logged. This requires each pilot to capture two (2) screenshots, one timestamped of you delivering your import cargo to DSE base/s, one timestamped of you picking up your export cargo from DSE base/s and are to be presented in this channel. Failure to log will result in immediate suspension of contract until such time that amounts allocated and contract specifications are being adhered to. IMPORTANT: Failure to log your imports and exports correctly can result in contract termination effective immediately.
Due to supply and demand, this contract binds one fixed price of ores over the course of the contract and cannot be altered for any reason. This is to ensure a fair and easier economy to manage.
FLX are obliged to pick up designated minimum export per day as required. If unable, it must be caught up within 24 hours.
Maximum amount of ships allowed is four (4) with a cargo hold no bigger than five thousand (5,000) tonnes. Maximum amount of ore allowed to haul per day under the free license is ten thousand (10,000) tonnes. To apply to export more, there is an administration fee based on every two thousand five hundred (2,500) tonnes being charged ten million ($10,000,000) credits. This means if you wish to haul twelve thousand, five hundred (12,500) tonnes per day you will need to pay ten million ($10,000,000) credits upon your acceptance of your contract.
(Example #2 Order for 17,400 tonnes of ore per day, you will need to pay the one time administration fee of $30,000,000 for 3 x 2,500 tonnes @ $10,000,000 per 2.5k = $30,000,000.) This once only per contract.
DSE are obliged to ensure that adequate exports are available at anytime as per agreed on the daily basis stated below. Failure to supply without just reason is subject to penal costs to FLX of fifty percent (50%) of total profit per day.

My name is Adrienne Vespch. Maria Diaz is currently on "Vacation". When Flox Corp requested for docking rights we did not expect to be under contracts that would have our employees making certain deliveries. We work in a way that others don't. We cant always deliver on certain days or move certain quantities. We requested docking rights in order to boost traffic to your facility and create new trading networks. While one month we can move 50.000 units of ore, maybe the next month we wont be able to and only move 2.000 units. Our routes do not stay the same for very long. Our traders constantly change there routes in order to avoid pirates and enemies tracking them them. While we do appreciate DSE for offering this contract we will have to respectfully decline the contract.
