Well met again, Mrs. Nagger.
Please excuse me for not meeting you at Houston, I would have loved to greet you and your son there. I hope the change to a new surrounding is not too much stress ?
I trust that my friends and collegues at T&T do everything possible to ensure safety and comfort for you and your family.
Our planning has been complicated at the moment by unexpected occurances.
A scrap rig run by another Junker group, a known but shady faction known as the Junker Marauders , has been built near Beaumont Base. There have already been attacks on that base by local pirates and I fear a greater conflict. Even though the affiliates of T&T have so far not been directly involved our storage places in Beaumont have been endangered and time is short.
If our coordination does not suffer any communication losses or errors we will probably start construction next week, but I strongly advise you to keep any accomodation at the Planet till we can coinfirm your safety at the Base. At the moment we do not know if the base will again be attacked the minute we finish slapping on the last hull pannel. Do not feel obliged to worry about funding, compared to the resources we pour into the Haven Project even a country house for you and your son would be no problem. Funding is available, as Mr. Tukker has confirmed to me.
We wish you to be at ease with us, and as we probably will invest into a recreational or vacational complex in due time at Planet Houston you should keep these possibilitys in mind.
As for the clinic : There has been some planing already, and I am relieved to know that the CSF - Ambulance model has met your approval. We are at the moment trying to get official clearance for surgery organics and special medicine like Stabiline in small amounts, so as to ensure availability on board if the need arrises.
However I feel obliged to warn you : Mr. Tukker tells me he has attached your personal files as far as available to us to the request as you are our chief resident. I do not know how happy Liberty Officials will be about your national background and I know that Mr. Tukker tends to see everything solely from a economic and logical background. He has no predjudice and simply does not understand those who do. As a Junker I have my own misgivings concerning the fairness and prejudice of Liberty Officials and will not willingly endanger any single member of my Crew. Especialy not you or your son.
As far as your residency is concerned I see 4 major tasks :
1 ) Building , staffing and starting to manage the Haven Memorial Clinic at Tinkers Haven as soon as construction is complete.
We have reserved up to 5000 tons of storage and - or bulding space solely for the needs of the clinic in the first building phase and are awaiting your specifications.
2 ) Ensuring quality management and training for all medical staff and support.
We need to ensure contiuity here, and only if our Traders know what and how much is needed we can supply you. We rely completely on your professional knowledge to set up any training programs and to judge applications.
3 ) Setting up operational standards and processes for the paramedics and ambulance crews so we can beginn to offer our service to other interested factions or react according to any emergency. TOPS ( Tinkers Operational Processes and Standards ) will have to clear any questions not only for our own crews but for officials as well... where to transfer non- liberty pilots after treatment for excemple.
I trust that perhaps even a re- naturalization of some - if not all - pilots may be possible, but this would have to be cleared with Liberty Officials. After all, we live at the outscirts of an open battle zone in New Hampshire, and the war often even reaches Texas.
4 ) Long term plans. Recuperation, reconvalescence, vacational needs. At the moment I have no agreement with the Board of Trustees, but I hope to convince them that a planetside recreational resort with a clinic is a not only useful but lucrative investment. Perhaps you could suggest some arguments, or can I convince you to convince them ?
As you see, I am in sore need of time and ideas, so feel free to incorporate own ideas or requests. We all do. This is a co - operation. No Corporative Firm with a fixed hierarchy. If you are interested a voting right with T&T in daily buisness or in long terms a seat on the Board of Trustees is completely accessible to all our employees. Meaning you.
Again I have to excuse myselfe.
Doc Nagger, the Pilot of this Serenity tells me that the next transmission is waiting for me, I have to switch channels.
Please feel free to respond using this channel if any Questions arrise. ComAccess is set to high priority.

Nice hearing from you again,
From here out, you may refer to me as Doreen. I figured you might be more comfortable that way....that and I'm not a Mrs. since I'm not married.
I took a cruise out around the Texas system yesterday and found Beaumont Base. I also noticed a Marauder base nearby that had a JM tagged ship nearby. I was scanned but not spoken to. I think you should also know that I found it peculiar, especially if they're "shady" that there were two LNS warships near them. I heard no transmissions from them but I found it very, very strange. Needless to say, I visited for a few minutes at Beaumont and left.
You may want to check this out. I'm sorry I didn't think to get a guncam shot but then, I didn't want to get into trouble.
As to the clinic, I'm not an engineer but I do know a good sick bay when I see one. Once the construction starts, I would like to be present. I may even call upon my old boss, John Holliday. If you need additional funding, I can help and while my ship is small, I can get some goods as needed.
Training. That shouldn't be a problem. I can tailor make any training program based on what is available. Pharmaceuticals, human organs and many of the items you and I spoke of before will be implemented. Getting some cryocubes would be a big help as would halo tainment bands which I modify and use as an alternative to anesthesia. Elixers are also prized.
Operational standards, IMO, will come as we get the base built up. In fact, that will be incorporated into training.
As to vacation and recreation, I will definitely encourage it to the board. Having interned aboardMed.Force.One, staff received shore leave to Gran Canaria and a regular schedule of shuttles to the surface made it possible.
Also, I would propose a bio dome of sorts. We Zoner types have long grown many of our own medicinal ingredients in them.
As to my national background, if Liberty wishes to speak with me, I will do so. I haven't been back to Rheinland since I was 18, long before the war started.
I will keep you notified of things and I look forward to further correspondence.

Ah, from Doc Nagger ?
Hi there... *reads* ...
Ah!
A pleasure, Doreen. But then please just call me Fynn. Without any L by the way, not Flynn like some ancient Holotainment Star : Fynn .
Sorry that you allways reach me while im preoccupied. As you see all hands are needed and we are getting last prefab segments ready for transportation. Cunstruction is imminent, I´m only waiting for the response from a couple of our Pilots.
The rising tension between the Junker Marauders and the Junker Congress is just the reason we are speeding up our timeplan as fast as possible. I want to get my people and the material away from here so that we do not get caught out in a battle or embargo zone. I do hope they can sort things out peacefully, but at the moment both sides seem to be getting all fixed on their own opinion.
If you could really call on the Doc - er, on Dr. Holliday I mean - I would be gratefull. After all, after construction of the Base we will set up a defensive Shield as fast as possible, then continue with the installation of a second cargo bay and with the necessary steps to enlarge the base core to fit our needs. A lot of work to do.
As far as the mentioned commodities are concerned : I have set Mr. Tukker on the Task of achieving official clearance for all commodities needed at the Haven Memorial Clinic. Some of them, like the transplantation organs for excemple are at the moment blacklisted in Liberty for all but Cryer associates. Please understand that I cannot allow any trade or storage an the Haven as long as we have no official clearance, our relationship wich the Liberty Forces is too difficult to maintain as it is.
By the way, Doreen :
How do you like that sound ? Chief Resident at the Haven Memorial Clinic ?
We have a lot of confidence in you and in your Mentor.
Only if you work with the best you can expect to be surprised with positive effects.
*smiles*
I will set up TOPS as soon as I find the time and would hope you could send me some suggestions concerning treatment and MedEvac guidelines. I hope our Pilots never have to set a triange, but we have to be prepared for any situation. Also , the commando line in the ship itselve has to be secured. I suggest the Pilot as prime in command , followed by the Paramedic. Sorry Doc, but an Ambulance that does not reach the clinic means at least three more casualties. But if this workes out maybe we all can help reduce strife and unneccesary bloodshed in this conflict to a minnimum, and I ahave even already been reached by interested questions concerning a professional MedEvac from other sides. The war between Liberty and Rheinland is not the only conflict in the Sirius sector after all. And the Pilot of the T&T/Ambulance_1 , our test ship, reported me that they could evacuate the crew of a civilian trader successfully yesterday after recieving an emergency call and responding in time.
Oh blame me... * a loud crash in the background* ...
*away from the VidCam* Get that into the Transport and be careful not to dent the fittings !
Doreen, sorry .
I have to be everywhere at the moment.

I like the sound of Chief resident. If that's an offer, I accept and will readily assist any way that I can.
I am concerned though. I know of the Marauders. I know that they have shot down Zoner ships in the Omegas. I'm hoping that I don't get caught in a war zone. While I do have a sidearm, I'm not a fighter......pilot or otherwise.
It just concerns me when I see these Marauders after what I know of them associating with Liberty Authorities.
I would like to make a request of you. Would I be able to monitor Junker frequencies? In doing so, I can keep abreast of what's going on and if there is trouble, I can both prepare for it and avoid it. As we build, knowing what casualties that may be on the way will help. I get a lot of my habits from my mentor. As with him, I don't care who you are or what side of the law you may stray, a patient is a patient and I treat all with the same care.
*smirks* Who knows, that "Xeno" that you spoke of that I patch back up may be greatful and give you some good intell.
All right, I need to spend some time with my son. I'll talk to you later.

Fynn here.
This message contains a hookup for your ComLink Computer.
It will only enable you to monitor secured Junker frequencies up to normal , that is equal to civilian encoding.
However as higher security codes need a handshake protocol on both sides, I can not send you more.
Also, this data hook is only able to recieve messages, it does not allow you to send any on the used frequencies without setting an own ComNet ID code.
Sorry, Doc , I have nothing else I could send you.
The Haven is open but on secured docking Protocol, please either contact me over secured S.K.Y.P.E protocol or directly over ComNet so I can set docking control to admit your personal ship.
Also, if you wish I will transfer Command of the T&T/Ambulance_1 to you.
*FynnMcSrac seems rested and full of energy, not as strained and overworked like the last times*
New day , new message.
Back in my own ship for some rest and a little reconaissance, I thought I´d pass on the good news I just recieved.
This is a copy of a message I recieved from a Congressman out from Puerto Rico. I asked for some advice and some technology transfer . Sorry that I blacked out some of the text, but I ceep confidence here. Im sure you understand.
Quote:Hello again Mr. FynnMrScrap,
Ah so I be seeing dat dem ships here on dem request be a bit more... into detail ye? Very good... we are very grateful for the amount of respect that ye have.. it hard to find that at dis time from the independent and O' dem other "Junker" groups out der, sometimes cussing us out hmm?
So back to em' ships...
Aye them salvagers are fine and dandy for ye' men to use. Ya'll be maybe giving us a number o' ships? Ta keep track of the purchases.
Dem ambulance ideeer is good. The scrap fields give me headaches at times.. Damn hard radiation. Maybe I be happy to have one o' em docs near by to take a look at little old me? Ya'll be grateful of that. Perhaps also... a repair ship would be a good idea too? Mining ships might be of needing' repairs in the fields. We all ye would greatly appreciate da assistance to all our hard workin' Junkers. Dis will be very swell indeed!

Good luck to ye. Let us know how things go.
If I need some help in the fields with ma head aching I will be sure to know who to call, hehee!

So !
As soon as we can finish the upgrading of the Haven main plattform, we can construct the Clinic and begin training and service. And I can finaly get around to meeting you to discuss any problems or feedback you might wish to give.
Doc, even if we still have a long way to go I can see more process than I had hoped for and moral is high.
As soon as you give your approval to the Ambulance and give me a guideline for the training selectionwe will start recruiting. And I sure hope we will get Licensing for the materials like Hypotainment Bands soon.
I look forward to discussing this personaly and showing you around the construction site soon. Perhaps even inviting your Mentor Doc Holliday for the occasion ?
She appears with a cup of morning coffee and a smile
Good Morning, Flynn,
I have been reviewing the ambulance files you sent. Sadly, I'm not very knowledgeable on ships nor do I fly more than small freighters just to get me around but I do like what I see. I do have a question. As my personal paperwork is that of a Zoner, would it be possible to get that ship with a Zoner transponder in it? It would make my getting around easier and not all that shot at. I know it can be picked up at Freeport 2 in Bering if needed.
One thing I can do in the interim is make house calls to Junker facilities in Texas and your Puerto Rico if you like until such time as the base is built. It gives you the health care you need, keeps me busy and if people need training, we can start that early.
Do let me know......and I do look forward to meeting you.
Sure, flying the with your own ID should work for you, but I suspect you will have a problem with the Transponder registry then. But we will see what we can do. And if you would take sure that the medical training gets started you would do us all a great favour. However I strongly suggest you taking a Junker Pilot if you want to enter Puerto Rico, and even then only entering the system in a known and cleared ship. Like any paramilitary or military force the Guards at Puerto Rico do not joke or leave space for excuses.... they deter or destroy unknown and possibly harmful vessles. Too much damage has been done in the past by unsuspecting ships or overzealous military.
After the last problems between the differing Junker groups and other factions the weapons platforms surrounding the Junp Hole should only be passed by a ship with full clearance. I would not want to explain to Doc Holliday why you did not return from ... friendly territory. Nor would I like to join him while bringing the news to your son.
Please, Doreen : Do us all the favour and let one of our Pilots be your guide. I will pilot you myself if you wish, at least till the local Junkers have got to know you and you have picked up what we call home scent.
And let us add the transponder code of your personal ship to the various gaurd posts before venturing there, please.
If you would want to visite some Junkers to start treatment I suppose I could pass the word, and I already know one fellow who would be pleased to see you. Ill send both of you a shared communication to get you in touch if you like.
As I already asked once : please do pass me the transponder code of your ship that I can add it to the docking registry at the Haven, or tell me where and when to pick you up and I will send you the Ambulance to your full availability.
( // Ill set up a seperate account for the Ambulance and other shared ships like a repair vehicle and a T&T/ Serenity and send you the codes via PM. Or I will set a movecharcode for you. What do you prefer ? )
Doc Nagger, please understand this : I know that the life in the Zones is harsh and I respect that. But the Core is dense and closely populated. There is no room for any maybe, not with your security.
I brought up house calls and Puerto Rico as I was told by John Holliday himself that he has visited the system in trade with no issues. I just thought I might be able to do so as well but I'll take your advice.
In the mean time, I can visit folks on Beaumont. It'll give me a sense of purpose flying out there while my son is in school during the day and since I don't have an office of my own yet, it's the least I can do.
If you wish to set up this ship, that will be fine. I think I could fix transponders and such myself if needed. Mind you, I'm worried about the local Xeno population shooting at me in a Junker transpondered ship. Trust me when I say that I spent some time in an escape pod and don't ever want to suffer through that again.

I was at Beaumont for awhile today and it seems that some of your Junker friends there were quite happy to get some medical attention. I hadn't planned on the passing odd Rogue or Outcast though. My God you would think that they've never seen a female let alone believe that one can be a medical professional. Anyway....
I've been navigating Texas while Benjen is in school. I found the jump hole to Puerto Rico but did NOT go through per your request. I also found Tinker's.Haven. Does it need anything? I might be able to pick up a few goods for it.
Let me know what you need. For now, I'm just touching base with you.
