Roleplay idea + explanation

Ok, after several hours of tinkering, this is what we came up with. This is idea for alien race that is really simillar to humans. They are the ones whos designs inspired homeworld ships, and here are their satistics in short.

Also, why to add something like this? Well it is an idea to braden freelancer rp possibilitis and ideals. Also to make richer and more diverse enviroment, without introducing another enemy, but to add more "civilian" type characters.




The Exiled

Skin Collor Green
Height average: 1 Meter 50
Weight average: 60Kilo's
Apearance: Reptilian humanoid
Eye Collor: Yellow or Red reptilian
Society: elder ruled commune,
Diet: plants and fish,
Demandor: Peacefull,
Notes: Superior farming skills, bad weaponary, good night sight



They would start as unified faction that can go own way after it
They use:
Zoner tag, Id and bases
Homeworld ship line
civilian guns


They are peacefull traders and farmers, and they are not really good pilots.
Also they came here, because they fled their own system because of war that befell it. Inentity of attackers is unknown, and Exiled refuse to speak about it. They use names that sound like Aztec and mesoamerican names.

Also more in depth questions about race have been dealt with, but will not be included for now.

No. Please, not. I think one of the great things about FL is that it is actually about humans, and not about some strange, unrealistic aliens; the only other sentient aliens that should be there are the K'Hara (and possibly the what's-their-name-again-Phantom "gods" [can't remember the name, it was something from Warhammer 40k though I think] as well, as they don't really interact with Sirius through anything other than the Phantoms). I think other living aliens would just ruin the FL flair. Lizardpeople, cat-human-hybrids or, what do I know, harpies just don't fit into the FL universe - so please, keep them out.

Yeah...typically alien races outside the FLvers are generally not well taken on this server for reasons that Nathrael just listed...

They have been suggested many times before...some with great RP to back them up...others without...nearly all shot down...sorry mate

hell i know those aquishys are in the game as part of story but it seems no one here has a Mind that CAN think NEW things are fun too.... Not really trying to be negative about it. Though it doesn't help that you are questioning the imagination of others yourself.

This is more of a matter of making Disco an extension of direction FL originally had. This debate has been had time and time again with some really flashy and good RP to back it up before.

I'm sorry...not trying to put anyone down but this is just not what is wanted by most people...unless of course I am wrong then they should speak up
