Buenas noches, members of the Bretonian Government:

I am Capitan Diego Rodriguez, commander of the 9th Cruzados Maltesas, the primary fleet of the Holy Knights of the Crimson Cross. We are a religious organization operating within Maltese space, dedicated to the Church of the Spirits. We operate a small purifying fleet of vessels under the Holy Knights of the Crimson Cross, and wish to gain permission to operate these vessels in Bretonian space in order to resupply and repair after engaging the heretic Gauls. We have no plans to meddle with the IMG and intend to fully follow the laws set forth by the Bretonian Royal Government, and any capital vessel that enters Bretonian space will of course accept any escort offered by the Police and Armed Forces of Bretonia.

Greetings, Capitan Rodriguez, Commander of the 9th Cruzados Maltesas.

The Government of Bretonia have received your request for permission to operate in our space. We appreciate your willingness to fight and assist us against our common enemy Gallia. Nevertheless there might be some complications. In order to prevent the rising of such issues we have prepared a short list of laws which your men must follow and respect when being present in some of the Bretonia's system.


9th Cruzados Maltesas, Holy Knights of the Crimson Cross can:

1. Enter and patrol freely in: Newcastle.

2. Use Cape Wrath Base as staging ground for their fleet.

3. Can engage freely the enemies of the Matlese Nation and Bretonia in: Leeds (*Excluded targets are members of the Liberty Navy and Bretonian Allies)

4. Enter Magellan to fight the Gallic Royal Navy, if their vessels are spotted in the vicinity of the system.

5. Are not allowed to enter deep in to Bretonia space without the knowledge and permission from the Admiralty board of the Armed Forces.

6. Any Outcast that is not following these terms, is opening fire at the Armed Forces vessels or is turning his actions in to an act of piracy, will be treated as criminal.

7. Any Outcast that is about to engage ships carrying the Liberty Navy flag in the presence of the Armed Forces, will no longer be treated as a neutral party and may be fired upon.

Thank you for the consideration. These terms are more than acceptable to the Crimson Council and thus I am willing to accept them. I can also assure you that no capital vessels will be stationed in Bretonian space (i.e., Cape Wrath) beyond Cruiser-class unless extreme measures necessitate it, which we do not forsee. We look forward to assisting Bretonia in defeating the Gaul heretics.
