First of all, the screenshots you've been given were not given to you in RP, so stating that...
Quote:The \V/ have eagerly sent the Project their guncam shot
...is metagaming. You haven't recieved it iRP and if you want to use it, then get your own. I would be eager however to provide the circumstances (skype logs) to anyone who would be interested in reviewing that.
Second, we looked into Liberty laws prior to that situation (shame you haven't posted any screenshot with a timestamp, because if you want to go metagaming you should have at least posted all eight) and since we weren't absolutely sure, Protégé posted a thread on the forums about that part of Liberty law (again, prior to the situation, even though by only about an hour).
Finally, that entire situation wasn't about lawfully pirating you. If your friend acknowledged that you hadn't had the license for transportation of Stabi in Liberty and dropped it saying that 'He would look into it' or something along those lines, we wouldn't even care and, provided you'd be able to get that license we would refund the loss of cargo.
But unfortunately your friend decided to take the stupid way out and therefore it ended how it ended.
You can improve your graphics, I know you can! It will help people get a good first impression and take you seriously from start. Only the diligent way in which you replied and started delivering goods to TAZ was enough to forget the MS Paint logos and Tbars
You want the metagame to be removed? Fine. The powergame won't be.
Evidence collected by metagaming and/or powergaming isn't acceptable, regardless of which party is right.
Unfortunately for you, the Laws of Liberty weren't updated until a few days ago to remove the reference to "official representatives of Cryer". Unless the incident in question occurred within that time frame, you have no case against the Vigilantes. Impersonating an officer is another matter entirely, but it doesn't look like you have legimate evidence for that either.
One small suggestion - when sending or responding to messages in the Communications Channel, don't forget to leave the name of the character, so the other party knows who they're talking to!
