Gallia week(end)

What do you think about Gallia weekend?

We set the date,everybody can prepare chars and we play Gallia exclusively for weekend.
Console in game can promote this "event" and remind those who don't visit forum often enough.
PoB could be put to sleep during that week cause no maintenance will be possible.

Is it technically possible to close rest of the Sirius?
If not,we can find other solution.

This is just an idea...i'm bored of Sirius for quite some time ,i flew in Gallia last two weeks,trading and smuggling,fooling around.
Gallic systems are much more beautiful then rest of the Sirius,no one is playing there...maybe it could be nice change of pace...

We really have nothing to loose,any rp can be postponed for a few days.
Maybe we can try something new once in a while.
It could be fun,if not we can always stop it.

Anyway,don't nuke me for this,discuss and be gentle.

I was just talking about a thing sorta like this on Skype a few days ago. Like, if people want activity, then get in a chat and make chars. Talk it through. What system, what factions, etc. I like it.

Its funny though it comes to the point you have to force the whole server to play the area that many people hate. Its a decent idea.... But rebel enabled B)

Well..."forcing" might not be the right word for it...
I didn't mean that way...if we all agree,if admins approve it then ok,if not-nothing...

For me at least I would not wish to play in a faction for a week if I was not planning to continue after. I do agree it is nice to introduce to other systems but people if interested can do that in their own time and make their own groups from there. I wouldn't want my own rp to stop just b/c I am only allowed to play in Gallia.
