Today I was checking some alternative routes from and to Leeds on board the T&T/Ambulance_01 , the prototype of our MedEvac vehicles. I still thank Congress every time I slip into the command seat of this vessle as there is no ship that could match the CSF and fit the purpose better.
We plan to do some relief convois to and from Leeds in the next weeks, and as some of the honoured Congressmen might already know we are setting up a convoi. Greetings to Orthog and Aces by the way, I will contact you seperately another time soon about Inverness, but this is about Puerto Rico.
I checked the way back from Magellan via Kansas and Humbolt, just to be up to date of any changes. And as I was not flying my good old pockmarked CSF but the sleek new ambulance I immediately got shot at by the La Mona guard systems.
Well, a CSF is built for this stuff, and after first shock I rather enjoyed dodging the defenses. Dont be to harsh on the gunners because I managed to evade them, they did quite a good job tracing me in their sights but I did not linger to give them a second chance. And La Fort´s deadly circus greeted me as a friend due to the T&T/ Transponder. But still : T&T/ ( and probably J/T&T/ too ) seem not to be registered with La Mona´s list.
I would ask you to add T&T/ to the registry, so we can possibly use the backway as an emergency route. Or send our Ambulances to you if the need arrises.
Also there will be [SRO] transponders in the fleet, too. I hope that my personal word will be enough to clear this transponder.
I vouche gladly for Mr. Walker and his men, secure in the knowledge that agreeing to let his ships pass through Puerto Rico or Inverness and to grant the Sirius Relief organization docking rights to Junker Bases will not be abused.
At the moment any vessle carrying the [SRO] transponder would not even survive the entry guards long enough to regret the jump.

Greetings Fynn,
Our fort here at La Mona works closely with Carolina in Puerto,
to escape the guard; you'll have to see Mulins at Beaumont for
a backhander, he runs the patrols from the outpost here, he'll see
you alright with the guard and i'll clear things here at La Mona for
the T&T/ as we're familiar with your effort for Leeds.
Your word for the [SRO] will sufice for the moment but we'll need a
little more infomation on your emergancy plans for your fleets, i mean,
we can't have you guiding the likes of the Armee du Nord into Puerto
Rico now can we, security will have to be tightened and that costs
time and money.
The vetting will be swift, expect a contact out there soon McScrap...
Primary route would stay at the Lanes, and Im prepared to bribe through any Hacker or Rogue setup.
That´s not the sort of Ambush Im worried about, GRN is.
If we get jumped by the group of Valours who layed siege to Freeport 4 recenty I don´t expect to lead them to a fox hunt up to Puerto. Rather we would probably either dance and scatter or try to evade them and get through to California somehow.
As both Kansas and Humboldt have their very own specialitys to serve this would be an evasion plan for one of the worst scenarios :
- one or more Capships blocking escape for the convoy from Magellan to California with our escorts already engaged or destroyed behind us and a reported sighting of enemy forces in Cortez.
In that case I would try and lead the refugee transports through Kansas and Humboldt as I would hope to loose the slower Capships in the crossing. Even a single Bomber free to follow us would prohibit this course as he would probably rip us apart one after the other.
As long as any profesional escorts or even some military support is near our ships we will not use this trajectory far south, but I like to be prepared. Better safe than sorry, a transport not known would not be able to survive the jump past La Mona.
Speaking about security : would there be some interested Junkers joining us as scouts or escorts, by the way ? One of the best tactics in a hunt is camouflage and switching between different foxes after all, and Im planning to set up a little competition: a prize money on the runs.
one hundred big bucks for the crew sending me the gunpic footage for delivering the most Food and Pharma at the camps at Leeds
another one hundred big bucks for the crew letting the most refugees disembark safely at Texas.
Probably at Houston if I get the clearance ready in time, at the Haven if not.
Should get some foxes moving , eh ?
The whole point is that the goal is NOT to get through with one single convoy,
but to get a lot of refugees out of there in a span of 24 - 48 hours.
Even some stick-in-the-*coughs* Royalists have to take shifts, do they ?
I expect the main focus to be Leeds itself, we have to hover round the sattelite for about 15 - 20 minutes after all to ferry all the goodies down to the Ccamps and get the people on board. Enough time for the Gallics to pipe us a pilbrooch.
Any suggestions about that from the experienced Congress members ?
Oh, and do pass on the word to interested runners :
The money is free to get as long as the champion is not somebody I´d usually shoot at sight.
