Greetings dear farmers. My name is Tenzen, the vice-director of the C.B.I or The Coalition Bureau of Intelligence. We act like the old Comissariat, if that comes better in your minds.
The leader assigned me to take care of the external relations. We as a whole whish to know what are our realitions, since we try to develop and deviate from the original Coalition sheet of reputation. We have already managed to aquire the friendship of the Junker Congress, a worthy ally in our future endevours and so we wish the same thing form the LWB.
We will have regulate opperations in Rheinland, and you are the most influnent and close to use organization and from what i know from past is that the Coalition had something along the lines of a good relations with the LWB. So i wish to keep then and strenghten our relations.
We await a response from you, since we seek nothing bu mutal friendship and mutal gain from this alliance if I may say so myself.
we have always had strong ties to the Sirius Coaltion Revolutionary Army as well as the people belonging to the, as you describe it, 'old Commisariat'. These ties still exist and are as strong as they used to be.
I am not sure who exactly you are, or what your group is supposed to be, that would not already be covered by the organization of our allies. Regardless of what the answer to this would be, we have had to witness a Civil war and its results within the Coalition back in the Katz era, which is why we will not aid any groups that could cause the aforementioned.
I hope you understand this, as a civil war, which would likely result in a group attempting to overtake postions within the spheres of our allies, is something we can not afford.
