stupid tractor beam question

Hello,

I'm playing V4.84 of the mod and the single player campaign. So far I haven't found any place that sells any kind of tractor beam. I wanted to buy a new fighter but I can't transfer my existing tractor beam to the new ship. Any ideas?

the ID cards double as tractor beams.

It is your Civilian ID that is the Tractor, just get that ID or another one, like the Freelancer ID

Hope you enjoy your stay.

1. Your particular trouble can be fixed by reading things.
The first things you might like to read are the three commodities
that you get in your ship, when you start off.

2. Since you've come here and asked so nicely I'll do the same and just tell you the answer to your question. In Disco, the ID acts as the tractor beam. You must have an ID equipped to be able to use your tractor beam.

3. We hope that you will join us in online play with Discovery. It's a great place to play with other people, but be aware that it is a Roleplaying server.
