**Incoming Transmission**
**FROM: Commodore Stewart Chamberlain**
**Tenabras Class Battleship**

"Hello, this is Commodore Stewart Chamberlain of the Order Guard.
The treaty was more of an agreement. This agreement is being re-stated
below for the obvious fact that pilots from both sides have disregarded
high command of there given side.

Order and Liberty Forces are here by ordered to cease all fire toward
each other in Liberty restricted space((Alaska)). This means that
both sides agree to only attack nomads in the given restricted zone.

This space is only restricted to pilots who don't have immediate
access to it((Everyone except order,liberty forces(high command),
and an extreme few BH)). Now the only reason for engaging the pilot
of the opposing factions is if.

A: Pilot gets within 14k of Core system of opposing side. An does
not leave when asked.

B: Pilot is engaged by a threat that continues to engage them even
after cease fire was stated.

C: Pilot completly disregards every word you say and tries to
ram passed you to make it to given system.

Now we, the order, know that Liberty ships do sometimes have to
come through Order system for supplies at the Freeport just
outside our system on the other end. If you wish to travel through
to get there you will be escorted. If there is no escort I ask
that you wait for one to show up to keep away from any conflict.

This cease fire was made for a reason. It will hopefully remove the
jelly scums that have invaded most of Sirius without us even knowing.

Thank You,
Commodore Stewart Chamberlain.

PS: As for my ship in General it will continue to aid Liberty when needed."

what is it with you and this treaty? when this is stated at the start and end of the nomad war, they are still hostile between each other. and you wish to fix it. the reason is.. WHY? that is all i dont understand.
i have seen a Big stur up above manhattan yesterday and they were very stuben. and only at the end of the
patience of liberty navy. then they left. explain that Commodore Stewart Chamberlain.

The purpose of this treaty is simple, it gets liberty off our backs so we can focus on the real threats. We cant handle fighting on three seperate fronts at the same time with such limited numbers of ships and pilots - and right now we've got liberty, the bounty hunter's guild, and the nomads/keepers all trying to hit us simultaneously.

If we can form some sort of nuetrality agreement with liberty through the tenabras, it means that we have one less enemy to deal with for the time being, and that means we can focus an extra third of our forces on the bounty hunters and nomads.

I am fine with the treaty, But yesterday 3 LN Came to minor JH, and were killing Order vessel's. I was also chased out of alaska, with "if we see you here again you are KOS" . So far i have not seen 1 LN ship accepting the treaty. A few indies have, and that was cool. It is LN i am having issues with. With the treaty they seam to think Alaska is their's, and order is not allowed in. Not pointing finger's or giving any name's. All i am saying is until LN follow's the treaty? consider the Nomad_Killer Unfriendly, and a little trigger happy.

I was the ship chased by 3 LN Cruisers and destroyed (the one he was referring to). I had 40M in cargo that was seized from my Order BS. I was unaware of the treaty when an LN officer explained it to me (I believe it was Valence). So we were having what I thought was a civilized conversation and I agreed to leave but he was only distracting me waiting for 2 other cruisers to join him so he could destroy me. An order to leave turned into a demand for my cargo which I refused to give up. They then opened fire and destroyed my ship. I have to say it was partially my fault for believing all this BS about a cease fire/treaty/agreement.

Correct me if Im wrong but isnt zone 21 a restricted Liberty Navy area? In my opinion only Liberty forces should be in there(with the exception of Tenabras now) I still think it was wrong for the LN to open fire on ANY order ships while this ceasefire is in place

"Zone-21 Is actually shared by the two sides. Now hopefully in a somewhat neutral way."

The war has been going on for a very long time
why would it stop now? cause 2 sides (clans!!!) signed a treaty?
im sorry but unless its an Official part of Discovery voted or stated by Admins
I personally dont care about liberty but suck treaties just dont make any sence!
I mean whats next? Outcasts and Corsairs would stop fighting?
No disrespect of any kind but this is stupid in my opinion

Bs| IS the Order. What the leaders of Bs| say is what the Order says.

and it's not as much a treaty as a seize-fire to make things interesting. Thing's aren't going to improve, just that Order ships won't enter Liberty and Liberty ships won't enter Order space.

And it's a perfect segway for a secret large scale Order attack on Liberty if it ever comes.:)

Hey AzzAzEllO,

Bs| is the official designated rp controller of the Order and has admin consent. Swiss please realize that many people on this server read the "rules" and play by those. Many of us don't play enough to be fully immersed in what's going on in the Bs world (myself included) and the decisions you make. Your clan needs to be friendlier to Order RP ships that aren't members, mostly those who don't play as much. I find that with a few exceptions your clan is closed in conversation (I have a Battleship so I'm sure that's part of the reason). AzzAzello does have a really good point though. The [LN] are going to attack any Order outside Bs anyway so it's pretty hard to follow this cease fire or treaty or whatever it is. I'd rather have a treaty with the nomads.
