It seems you got yourself into a pickle. I understand that you did not say those words as an insult, but nothing can be done if the officer took them as one. And seems he can use the voice records as good evidence against you.
I already sent a lawyer to Vierlande. I talked with him beforehand, and he said it is very unlikely that you will have to serve a time in the prison as the charges state mild offenses, but you will most likely have to pay a hefty fine. He said your best bet is to cooperate with them and pay up, or he will have a harder time to get you out of there.

If the officer took your words as an insult, he will still press those against you. However, disabling your ship was utterly unnecessary, given the "severity" of the situation. You even complied and went back to him when he told you to.

Erm... a question: did you... consume something before this incident? Your speech seems like slurred and incoherent on that tape. The lawyer has to know, because it is likely that they will charge you with that, too. Did they perform any medical examinations after they took you in?

Anyway, I sent them a message and demanded you defending yourself at large. The lawyer should have arrived already to you, did you meet him? If they charge any fine, and you don't have the cash, Congress can pay for it. The lawyer said it would be wise to pay the fines for now, so he can bail you out of the prison. The fine can be demanded to be reimbursed during the lawsuit afterwards.

As I said, it des not matter if you did not meant your words to be as insult, it matters that the officer took them as one. I did not see that you cannot fly while drunk in Rheinland Laws either, but I am sure they will charge you with that, too.

I got word from the lawyer, he said he is being delayed, they don't let him speak to you on various reasons. Anyway, as he said, the top priority is to get you out of there no matter the cost, we will worry about the money later, when you are safe.
