We are messaging you to inform that Saitama Trade & Research Hub in Honshu, for an unknown reason, stopped to reply to all communications. The Kishiro Technologies itself is also seemingly not able to contact their own crew on the base and so far none of the dock attempts were successful (automatic docking bay is probably corrupted).

While the base is not the great danger to the planet, it would be a waste of time and efforts in building it. We would like you to investigate what could happen onto Saitama.
