Over the past 24 hours I have been looking into the appropriate course of action in your requests on a reprimand for Wachmann Schmidt; And another incident lately. I think we may have something we both can agree upon. Over the past week a certain junker has been forcibly entering our borders on conditions not to and repeatedly hacked into several stations in efforts to get away. While I would mostly overlook such as trivial, the consistency on which these occur have made my already difficult position worse.

So here's the deal.

If the Congress removes this pilot's Salvager flying abilities permanently, I'll approve a reprimand upon Wachmann Schmidt in due course. You scratch my back, I'll scratch yours.
