To everyone in the Omicron systems.

After lenghty tour of negotiations between Freeport 11 administration and Zoner group family, it has been concluded to join up for betterment of Freeport's inhabitants. As of today, Freeport 11 is joining the Phoenix familia, ceding its authority over to leadership of Phoenix. Freeport 11 will continue to operate under its neutrality policy and continue offering services as normal. Law-wise, station will remain free of No Firing Zone as it is also a Phoenix choice.
