There's an LH~ Storta, I believe. Unless it's an SRP, I'd assume yes. If so, consider doing some roleplay beforehand.

Lane Hackers can indeed fly destroyers.
If you want to fly a Scylla, I suggest contacting the LR- or PLR: about gaining permission to do so (since you'll be using a Lane Hacker ID).

ID says up to cruisers so yeah go for it. You get nerfed to 90% on outcast and rogues but that's fine.

BTW Not sure if its still around, but there was mention in Hacker lore that they buy destroyers from Outcasts, but Outcasts sell less powerful version to them that has weaker generator.
