I'm sure you are aware that we have built a fairly new facility orbiting the planet Honshu. Its main purpose s is for research and development of
technology.
As you know one of the major problems transport ships have within space is being attacked by raiders and pirates. Most large transports that try to flee are unable to due to disruptor missiles.
One of the projects our people are working is a new type of engine that would be resistant to disruptors. If successful it would be able to continue cruising even if hit by a disruptor. We are still at least a few years away from its completion. Which brings me to why I have contacted you. We understand that Gallia uses a very strong type of alloy known as Ultra alloy. From what we understand it is more resistant and more durable than Sirius's Super alloy. We ask that you allow us to purchase the alloy for our research. Once we finish developing this engine, we will share this technology with you. I await your reply

Now, Just because I used to work for Kishiro does not mean you will be treated any different then any other Corporation contacting us. Understand that I still have the interests of EFL in my hands now. So your question is about Ultra Alloy? While, the GMS are the primary makers of the product we do have contracts to move many products around Gallia, that being one of them. Now the engines you speak of seem quite advanced and ironically enough EFL has been tinkering with Engine Technology as well. Though I have run into a problem, we have thousands of workers on our team working on this, but I am only one man and can only help so many people while still dealing with other corporate issues. So here is what I propose:

You bring 5,000 Scientists to our installation in Ille-De-France Beauvais Production Facility and we in exchange will bring the requested unit count of Ultra Alloy to your station in Honshu.

Is this acceptable? If so, maybe we can expand our relations in the future.

I think you misunderstood my intentions Mizaki San. It is probably my fault for that, my apologies.
We do not wish to be treated any more special than any other companies you do business with. We simply requested to obtain the Ulta alloy.

Anyways lets get down to business. The scientists you requested can surely be transported to your facility. Though I do ask a couple of things.
First the scientists we are bringing are Kusari citizens, they are accustomed to the Kusari lifestyle. We ask that you allow a bit of time for these people to adjust, as they will be living in Gallia. Second we request that they be treated correctly and not abused.
If you can confirm that these requests will be fulfilled, we will have a transport headed for Gallia within a few days.

I do apologize for the delay there was a shake up in the leadership of EFL leading to my recent promotion to President. As such the parties have been a bit to wild and I haven't gotten around to doing much of anything. Now as to your request, they will not be working any more then they feel comfortable. In fact the first 2 weeks after they arrive they will be given freedom to tour our installation as well as freedom to take shuttle to any of our many luxurious orbital colonies free of charge. I assure you they will be treated no differently then anyone other citizen of Gallia or her Allies.
