"Good morning, mister Davies. I trust I am not too early with this communication.
The Security Force is beginning to crack down on Cardamine smugglers, since the Navy is busy with... Other things. To this end, we're retrieved a pair of Bullmastiff-class Pirate Transports from the Police Impound Lot, named "Dumpster.Diver" and "Skip.Raider." They have been equipped with specialized technology provided by Deep Space Engineering in order to better catch smugglers. However, as the vessels are technically illegal in Liberty and operating under Freelancer flags, we require special dispensation within the laws, as well as an addition to the Liberty Bounty Boards for the sake of formality. The vessels will be crewed by LSF operatives, and operate within Liberty for the most part. Occasionally, they will leave Liberty for special assignments, however these will be few and far between.
If there are any questions from within the Liberty Navy, feel free to send a communication on this same frequency."

To Director Eva Adenauer:
"I'm a bit surprised to receive this communication, given...well, the current state of affairs."
The video feed widens slightly, as a wing of Guardians flies past the observation deck of the Jacobi, with the majority of Planet Los Angeles hovering in the backdrop.
"It seems like this would be more of a Police matter, but I suppose I still maintain the authority. Normally, I'd suggest a ream of paperwork for you to fill out, but...as you can probably see, none of us has any time for that. I'll speak with the Secretary to have you approved, should no issues come up."
The Admiral gives a short nod before turning forward, watching as more small cruisers and gunboats apparate in blue-white flashes of jump drive energy. After a few seconds, the comm relay cuts out, a gray-white series of static filling the screen.
