"Privyet Governor, I hope this message finds you in good health and that your fight against Bretonian oppression goes well. The Sirius Coalition as of late has been eyeing a sector of space that was formerly inhabited by a foe of ours, the so-called 'Reapers of Sirius', terrorists who sought to united the Corsair and Outcast peoples together to become an even greater threat to the whole of Sirius in addition to their mission of genocide against the Coalition people.

However most of the Reapers vanished seemingly overnight some time ago and Cayman now finds itself vulnerable. The Coalition considers their former home a vital asset to the expansion of the People's Republic and has taken steps to claim it once a clear path through the Corsair aggressors in Omega-49 has been cleared, the system would provide abundant resources for the Coalition to replenish it's stores and even surplus to trade with our allies. However the people have mandated that in order for this to be a reality it requires the support of our allies in the region, namely the Republic of Dublin (aka The Mollys) and the Red Hessian movement.

We have contacted you first as you are the closest aside from ourselves to the system and are thus a major ally in the claiming of the system, the Sirius Coalition therefore asks for your recognition for Cayman to be considered Coalition Space as we have recognized both Londonderry and Dublin to be space of your fair Republic.

So tis naow 'bout d'request ? Un' oif oy do unnestand well, ye need oos tae help ye droive d'sars aoutta O-49, O' just tae clear a patch 'tween O-52 un' d'system o' Cayman so we could get bodh trapped in dhat system as soon as d'sars forces will gadher from d'rest o' O49 ?
Oif ye want mae opinion d'foirst wun seems d'most viable solution, howe'er it could take fore'er tae droive'em off, look at what happenin' in O-47.

"It is not an issue, the Republic of Dublin I am sure has many issues that need addressing with the Bretonian threat ever looming upon your people and stealing from the good people that live within the system in the name of 'Queen and Empire'. The battleplan requires a large portion of the Molly and Coalition forces keeping the Corsairs occupied in skirmishes while smaller elements of both the Coalition and the Red Hessian Armee traverse the system to the Cayman system along with boarding craft.

While the battle in Omega-49 goes on these ships would launch an assault upon the Reaper dreadnought with the hopes of disabling it as the transports board her and rapidly convert her into a forward operations base where the conquest of the rest of the system would take place, as we speak Coalition Expeditionary Forces from around Sirius are being withdrawn in preparation for this operation with the exception of the Omega-5 Front as we need to keep Corsair forces bogged down there as well. Once the battle for the Dreadnought is over we can move onwards to primary objectives which include Safe Haven and other vital stations. The bombers would be equipped for disabling strikes rather than outright destruction as we want the infrastructure intact for the war effort against both the Corsairs and the Houses. Speed would be the key as the Reaper ranks are depleted with the collapse of their High Command, only remnants remain defending Cayman, however we both know if not acted upon quickly these elements can entrench themselves for years on end.

After the Cayman System has been liberated the Coalition/Molly/Red Hessian Alliance will establish it as joint military space until the end of the Corsair War in which case it would be converted into a Coalition territory, during it's status as an Alliance Resource it's facilities would be devoted in churning out resources and parts for the war effort for all three parties with the Premier of the Sirius Coalition, the Governor of the Republic of Dublin and the Brigadegeneral of the Red Hessian Armee forming a Triumvirate Council over the system to ensure no one member has total domination over the system and to ensure fair distribution of war materials produced for our respective peoples.
