Erich,
I've been working on refurbishing that Daumann engine unit we were talking about last week. I think I can get the thing up and running again, but I am going to need some parts from you if we are still going to make this work. I've made a list of what I think we're gonna need, but I'd rather talk about it in person somewhere, yah know, rather than just send it over the open channels, even if I am using our old encryption.
I can meet you at Augsburg later, if not I can get the information through you through an old friend, R. Fitzgerald.
Either way, bounce a signal back on this same code and let me know what to set up.

Geordi,
We can meet in person. I've made substantially less progress on our aforementioned business than I'd like, but I'll attempt to relay information on the parts to the greater Party at large, today.
Feel free to migrate to Augsburg at your earliest convenience, and I will do what I can to meet you there.

The Arsenal has completed the first shipment objective to the rendezvous point. Specifically, Rations.
The vast majority are hydroponically-grown subsistence grains, fruits, and vegetables, vacuum-sealed in the fashion of an MRE, or Meal Ready to Eat. These have been supplied by our close allies in the Landwirtrechtbewegung. You were present in escort for the first of three convoys, and I will offer proof for the other two required to complete the requested contract.
Rounded down, the Cargo holds per convoy of the Arsenal and Liberty were 4,200 and 2,700 Units, respectively. The Liberty made one convoy that you borne witness to, and the Arsenal made two subsequent runs to the rendezvous point. In total, this equaled 15,300 Units of Rations; slightly over the requested limit.
We'll continue on to the other requests as soon as we're possibly able. Send payment at your leisure to the Arsenal.

Jordan,
At long last, I can finally confirm that we've managed to deliver all of the requested materials with only our transport flotilla and a Freelancer sympathetic to both our plights.
For reference, this is the complete list. Feel free to double-check to ensure we have everything accounted for.

If all appears to be green, send payment to the VWA|Arsenal.
Regrettably we've been unable to secure even a single black box from a Libertonian craft. We searched for old dessicated wrecks scattered around the Independent Worlds in wake of the war, but most of them were completely stripped down. Due to our cordial working relationship in a practical sense, we're... hesitant to open fire upon a ship in an effort to pry records from one. I hope you can understand.
We appreciate the work your men and women have done over the last few weeks, and you have our thanks. Funds have been transferred to the appropriate vessel's account. Your support will not go unnoticed. Also, you've done more than enough. Consider the secondary salvage operation we discussed suspended until further notice.
It's been a pleasure working with you, I hope to do it again in the future.
