Since I am new administrator of this base I have no idea about the failings of the previous owners to contact you and as such we should not be held accountable for that.
Since we are the new owners, we can start a fresh chapter between our groups but I find the fine you impose a bit harsh at 300Mill? What right do you have to demand so much, when we have never met or spoken before?
As far as Im aware this base is legal within bretonia and there was no previous hails from any corsair group toward us.
I do not care about your administration changes or if you feel violated, your presence in the Omega-3 was kept away from our attention, a futile act considering the Apostatas men roam throughout the system and that act of yours will be your downfall because you have already shown us your unwillingness to cooperate with the Corsair imperium while we were atleast kind enough to contact you before proceeding to harsher actions.
If you are keen on the preservation of your base, you will pay the fine to undo your past administation's errors and achieve neutrality, from where business may flourish. You have 23 hours.
Hmm well seems we have another dilemma, this base is legal in bretonia and thus registered under bretonian law. Part of that is requirement that no unlawful entities are allowed to dock on the base for fear they could use it as a staging post to launch attacks against traders or other lawfuls in the area.
You already have FP1 where you can dock and so requirements to dock on Sark are not needed. If you want we can pay the 'fine' of 300Mill to you and call a truce there. I cant however allow Corsairs to dock just like Hessians cannot dock there. If we let you dock on Sark the BAF will destroy our base.
So I can pay the fine to you but I cannot grant corsairs docking rights.

I'm glad you've decided to co-operate with us. If you wish for the Sark Station to remain intact, do not treat any Corsairs with hostile intentions and certainly you must not work with the Red Hessians. Other than that, you're in the clear now.
