Bowex Business proposal

Sirs,
with Bowex being known as one of the most reliable transportation company you are the first chioce for my proposal.
I am in need of some materials, to be precise:
DONE!
THANK YOU VERY WELL FOR YOUR FAST SERVICE!

Well, you may laugh now as this amount of products is not a challange for a shipping company of your excellence, but I really need that stuff. The base to unload the material is our base "Fortitudine" in Manchester System, sector 3D.

Please contact me if you feel forearmed to do that job in time. As my BMF employees already work on bringing the stuff, please also keep in contact so that we can review the situation what is still needed. I also will keep this post updated to the current needs as good as possible.
Yours,
MacRae

Good evening miss or mister MacRae,

We are indeed the most reliable corporation in Bretonia and its borders.
however, our schedules are a bit cramped at the moment,
I cannot guarantee that all shipments will be done in the requested time,
as you are not our only client.

if you kindly keep the numbers up to date on a daily base,
then we will ship as soon as possible within the current planning.

with regards,

Andy mac'Millan,
Director of Operations

Good day to you, Mr McRae.

I've been asked to provide you with an update on the current status of the FortiSec contract. At the present time, we have shipped in enough goods to fully complete the construction requirements for Industrial Hardware, High Performance Alloy and Plasfoam Conduits, exceeding your specified contract boundaries.

We have also dropped off some 24,000 units of Optronic Arrays, seeing as we had a large convoy returning from Kusari and felt it would be a waste not to utilise the cargo capacity we had available to us. It is actually the arrays I wished to query - did you only require 2,000 units to be dispatched, or was this an accidental mis-statement?

The requested 5,000 units of filters have also been dropped off. Unless you would like to extend our mandate for deliveries further, I would say that renders our contract complete (quite substantially so, given the over-deliveries!). So far as I am aware, all that is left to entirely complete your construction project is 18,000 Optronic Arrays.

Good day Mr. Peterson,

I am sorry that there were some missunderstandings about the optronics delivery. I have updated the still needed materials and no needed material is left. The other materials had been already delivered by your incredible transport company. I am nearly speechless because of thecapacity you can move in such a short time sirs.

Yours,
Duncan MacRae
