My name is Leondra Willsten. Im the Corporation Leader from Inter-Liberty Corporation. We are a brand new Helium corporation in Liberty. We have our Office on Planet Erie and i have a question to you.

We would like to build a new Helium Storage-Depot in Pennsylvania near Planet-Erie because our Storage-Depots are full and we need to increase them. We accepted all Liberty Laws and want to increase the Power of Liberty with our work.

The Government is prepare to accept your request to construct a modular base in the Pennsylvania system, but first it is necessary to establish several legal requirements before construction can commence. Due to high levels of civilian and corporate traffic in that region, your facility must be built at a distance of at least 5K from any other bases or planetary bodies, and at least 8K from both of the Emlenton Storage bases.

You must also acknowledge that you have read Section Two of the Laws of Liberty and will be compliant with the listed conditions. It is mandatory that the Liberty Forces Primary Fleets will have access to your station.

If you accept the listed requirements, you may then privately contact the Government with the desired coordinates of your modular base to acquire final approval.
