I return back to my shift to find out that there are people stranded on the planet, and numerous comms about people screamin' about some weird reactor issue in the shield chambers and them whinin' about Junkers movin' up and firing on the construction site!
So I was also hearin' things that you wanted to get my attention but were too apparently impatient for it...
Usually I don't like basing things on rumours, nor I don't like our workers being harmed but most of all, I don't like my contract time and our budget money going down the sink because of some incursion. Be quite glad those officals from that Liberty corp weren't on the site at the time!
I also don't see Junkers being all hostile and terrorist-like, hell! I even heard you lot are the business type of folk. As such, I would like a formal explanation and confirmation, please. This is an awfully bad start for business.

Howdy,
I ain't gonna beat round the bush on this one. We had a bit of concern as to yer station. Seen a known pirate doin business with y'all. We tried to dock an found this station weren't allowin us to dock, but that pirate had no trouble dockin. We questioned the feller, an he wasn't keen on tellin us who owned it, jus that he was workin fer the owners. We figured it was a pirate station, an was fearful it was goin to be used 'gainst Congress haulers goin through Kansas. So we blew 'er up. Ain't goin to lie bout it, or insult yer intelligence. If'n this station weren't in the works to be a piratin station so near our 'back door' as it were, then we'll be owin you some form of compensation. We're wantin to git past this an if'n y'all would be willin to work with us, give assurance that it ain't goin to be used as a big ol Congress piratin station, we're willin to help y'all rebuild.
Sincerely,
Wild Bill, Deputy Arbiter Junker Congress
Perhaps it could have been for the best of each other if we had firstly fixed up the transponder before trying to secure it. I wouldn't worry about the groups that come and arrive to the base, they have a contract and an agreement to do what they must to assist, and have been known to be loyal and trustworthy. We apologise for that miscommunication.
Our station has an effective "no fire zone" to cease unneeded hostilities, and any party fighting over each other in the area will be denied. The bays initally remained locked down as it could prove a safety hazard to vessels without the proper docking codes. After the hazards were removed, it was planned to be open. We hope you understand
However, due to the misunderstandings, we're still more than happy to open up a route with you to make up for the confusion. If there's a concern, please ask.

Howdy,
We're glad to see y'all're willin to work with us. You was quick to put our doubts at ease, an I can see the destruction of yer base was unwarranted. We've started stock pilin the materials needed. Shouldn't take too long fer us to git you back on yer feet.
Sincerely,
Wild Bill, Deputy Arbiter Junker Congress
