Quote:1.3 Every player must have one ID equipped on their ship. Player should follow the restrictions and allowances listed in their ID and their roleplay and conduct must match the actions of their characters. In cases where these restrictions and allowances conflict with the server rules, the ID overrides the rules.
Consequences:
Once upon there was a ship. I know you're probably a little surprised by that fact, but it's true. Flying machines in the sky I tell ye! Now each of these 'ships' in the sky have something called an ID. You know. Thingies which affiliate them with a group? That's how war-.. alright, alright, not going to go there. Political tangents make people listening bored.
Anyways. These IDs attached to the ship serves as a way to tell you what you can, and cannot do. There was balance. Cooperation IDs were attached to larger trade vessels, keeping the balance of what makes sense in the world. It was a peaceful place. Infrastructure stretching many systems. It was truly the golden age. Everyone was happy. Things made sense. Ships and pilots did as they were supposed to through affiliation, and everything was good.
AND THEN SUDDENLY CHAOS! Someone decided 'Hey. I'm not allowed to dock in house space on this ID with this ship. But I want to anyways.' and that he did. Everyone was shocked. Taken aback. Everyone didn't know what to do.
The silence bothered the A.D.M.I.N.S who were trying to establish a new way of world domination back on the temple. One of them turned to the console_of_awesome9000 and pressed the big button which said "STUFF BROKE, FIX" - Lightning came out of nowhere and zapped the offender. The Temple of the Damned running on 'aggressive mode', the supercomputers running the calculations in order to figure out what was wrong with the world.
And everything then was good. Peace and order returned to Sirius. Except for the ship which was blasted with lightning. It corrupted some credits and the guns fell off the ship.
