My name is Jack Stivenson and i'm writing this letter to you because we need more protection for our base (Palmer Research Station). Our base was under attack several times when your patrols wasn't in area so i want to deploy part of our fleet to omega 3 1 in order to protect our bases and our law of NFZ near Zoner bases. We already have Gunboat and Osprey in that system but they can't protect us from Cruisers and battleships. We want to register next ships in Omega 3 system:
Those ships are:
1. Mothership.Alexandria (Zoner "Nephilim" Dreadnought class (Mobile Colony))
2. PayDay (Zoner "Corvo" Cruiser)
3. Carrier.Argos ("Aquilon" class Zoner Carrier)

Honourable administrator Stivenson,
With all due respect towards your peace loving culture, I have heard a lot about your vessels endangering the safety of the Omega-3 system, which the Norfolk fleet, under my command, is supposed to protect. I hope that none of those rumours are true.
I will be frank with you -- even if you are adhering to the Bretonian laws, you are asking for a lot. There already are four (4) foreign capital vessels permitted access to the system, which are the IMG|Rockabill, a carrier, two (2) IMG cruisers and one (1) Rheinland Military cruiser. All of those ships are difficult to keep track of and, combined with your ships and our own ships, might even cause a traffic jam in a system so important for our commerce.
You are allowed to keep ten (10) non-capital vessels and one (1) capital ship, which is cruiser class and above, in Omega-3 under the following conditions:
1 The BAF must be informed of the name of the capital vessel you chose in this frequency.
2 The vessels must adhere to any and all Bretonian laws while in the Kingdom of Bretonia, which includes the Omega-3 system.
3 The Omega-3 system is the only Bretonian system the capital vessel may enter. There may be exceptional situations.
3.1 If the capital vessel is permitted to move further into Bretonia by a pilot, a captain or an officer of the BAF| or the BPA), it may do so. Please notice the signs | and ), as they denote the primary fleets.
3.2 If the capital vessel is going to a different Zoner installation through Bretonia, it may do so and will be provided an escort if possible.
4 The vessels may engage enemies of Bretonia, ships that attack Palmer Research Station, ships that violate the Freeport 1 no-fire zone, and may use force in self-defense.
This is fully agreeable to us. We already have 2 non capital ships in that area and if you saying that we can add only 1 capital ship to Omega 3 then let it be our "Mothership.Alexandria". We will open fire to ships who will attack Freepoer 1 or Palmer Research Station (Or any known/unknown zoner instalation in that system) or those who will violate our law of NFZ near our bases. Thank you for so fast respond.

Honourable administrator Stivenson,
You are welcome, and I thank you for your polite cooperation. And by the way, if the Alexandria has a jump drive or a cloaking device installed, have in mind that I do not have the authority to permit you that. In that case, ask here.
That ship really had JD2, but he will leave it on Palmer base when will get there. When he will deside to use it's Jump Drive i'll make request about using it inside of Omega 3 system. Alexandria will remain in Omega 3 without JD2.
