We bid you good day, Her Majesty's Borderworld Exports.
Your company has been using our products for a fair long period of time. Once again, we thank you for this purchase and for being long-lasting client to the CTE Incorporated.
We have noticed that a few CTE ship might be in need of the routinal check and maintenance to preserve their top-notch quality of said vessels. Additional reply with list of defects, commentaries or suggestions on our vessels in your use would be also appreciated.
If you need any additional purchases, either in order to increase safety or to replace already obsolete CTE models with newer ones, we are open for new orders.
With deepest regards to the Borderworld Exports

Good day to you, sirs / madams
I've been asked to deal with this inquiry on behalf of Bowex Services, the department that regularly deals with the servicing and maintenance of all Bowex assets. It must be said, we weren't expecting to be contacted by... yourselves, seeing as all of our own vessels were purchased via local resalers.
In any case, our current maintenance charter stipulates the servicing of all ExSec vessels on a three monthly rotation. We already have cost projections established for taking care of this requirement internally at Scarborough Shipyard and are quite happy with the figures involved. This arrangement has served us faithfully for the last handful of centuries or so.
If you're looking to make an competitive bid for taking this maintenance contract off our hands, we'll need to know where your servicing facilities are, their current capacity, your current security protocols, the costings and finally the desired duration of the contract. Furthermore, I have copied in the director of ExSec to handle the request for a disclosure of our force dispositions.
Yours in service to the realm

We bid you good day, Her Majesty's Borderworld Exports.
It is in our duty to check out how our products are doing within the House corporations. We are glad to hear they have been behaving very well even in the harshiest enviroments and situations.
As for maintenance, we may send the engineers to check up onto vessels. All maintenance will be done for free, as a token of good will and to maintain our good relationship with the long-lasting client.

Dear Sir and/or Madam,
As the humanoid to respond before me has mentioned, being contacted by you personally seems a bit off. All of the purchases were done through resellers so far down the chain I was never even aware that you lot existed. I thought we mostly just bought parts for the things and bolted them together ourselves.
A more important matter is you dodging the drone's questions. We already have our engineers and despite their shortcomings, I found them to be rather good at their work. Good lads, good lads indeed.
However, how can I say the same about your lads? Here I am sitting in my marvelous Exploration & Security office, and all of a sudden somebody bursts in, tells me to give them unobstructed access to the entire Bowex Security fleet, and then refuses to answer questions about security protocols.
I hope you understand our hesitation.
Carina, Regina, Imperatrix.
