Howdy y'all, we spoke a few months ago regarding some business, I just wanted to keep you guys and gals up to speed on where we are at with that presently. I'm not the Alliance shot-caller anymore, but I come to you now more as an allied business associate with heavy ties and assets invested in the Xeno cause.

I wanted to make sure you had records of our H-fuel dealings, as we have been delivering significant quantities to one of your installations as well as getting repairs for the XA-Serpentis.Maximus advanced train during our visits. We have noticed the increased Hellfire Legion activity in Liberty recently and trust that with our deliveries we are contributing to your ongoing operations within Liberty.

I would also inform you that our covert installation is now operating at a Core 4 level. We have an extensive weapons array and would once again extend an invitation for you to use Oyster Creek as required during extended operational missions. We have basic repair and refueling facilities for most vessels in your fleet.

I also have some other business I wish to discuss, involving a new hull I have recently acquired and begun work on. It is missing vital systems such as a weapons array and hangar bays. I have considered renovating space aboard Oyster Creek to construct docking modules ourselves, but would like to know if our allies have any need for similar equipment, or what logistical support you could offer, if any, before taking such a drastic step.

It is my belief that cooperating in these and other business ventures could benefit both our causes greatly. I look forward to your reply with great interest.

Good day, dear Xeno.

Joe Raison of the Hellfire Legion here, and I'm the one who is in charge for our storages.
First of all, I would like to transfer you a 'thanks' from our High ranked officers for the shipment. It's also really nice to hear that you kept your Station in safe and have even Improved it. The Hellfire Legion will surely use your station as well, so again we have to thank you for your loyality.

We have discussed your business proposition, and as far we don't really need any of Dock Modules. Since we have already enough stuff to watch for. Besides, Mobile stations are really expensive novadays and it's really easy to lost them within Liberty Space. But well, personally I have an alternative proposition. We really would need some Cloak Devices for our Fighter assets. Since Liberty Navy have moved more than half of their Fleet toward Magellan. But we are not sure if you have enough technology to build some of those Devices. If yes, then we are ready to support you with some kind of supplies we can get.
