REGARDING: Events in Texas/Puerto Rico

After chasing an illegal vessel [1] [2] through Texas and into Puerto Rico, I discovered that the base 'La Fortaleza' that defends the jump anomaly was still very hostile to LSF forces. [1] [2]

As a side note, the other base that defends their flank into Humboldt is also still hostile to LSF and presumably the Liberty Navy, and apparently damage to the guncam itself after running through this second field of fire prevents me from posting proof.

The Liberty Navy has received your message and is currently investigating. While your reports are not necessarily surprising, they are nonetheless important and will be dealt with as soon as possible. We will be dispatching the LNF Albany Grizzly-class Freighter to the system to investigate and confirm the base's defense profiles, as well as demanding the exemption of Liberty forces from their defense protocols. If you come across any further evidence or problems in this regard, be sure to inform the Navy and the Government at once.
