Message Contents: Good day and a pleasure to hear from you again. Our work on the last contract for Palmer ended well for all involved, so I'm happy to see you wishing to continue our business relationship. That said, I'd just like to clarify a few points before I flag up your request with the director and ask for a decision to be made.
When you say you're looking for a contract that specifies deliveries "all the time", do you mean a continuous supply of goods on a regular basis, i.e. 60,000 units of Industrial Hardware a month, or are you saying you would like to give Bowex exclusive supply contracts whenever you happen to need something in particular?
The specific nature of the request would of course dictate the resources we could dedicate to the endeavour, as I am sure you understand.

"All the time" means that i will ask you for delivery needed goods to our base when needed. And also we can discuss prices for delivery of all goods that we need.
Also if you wish you can ask what for you delivering your cargo, we are not hiding anything.
If your director will approve this type of contracts then i can plase delivery requests wright here all the time. We are looking forward to cooperate with Bretonian corporations.

Mr Stivenson,
A pleasure to make your acquaintance. Mr Peterson very kindly forwarded this over to me, and I have taken some time to look over your proposal. I must begin by thanking you for choosing what is considerably the best shipping company in all of Sirius. You won't be disappointed.
Now, having looked over your proposal, and after discussing with Mr Peterson, we are inclined to agree to this request. I'd also like to advise you that in future, Mr Peterson may authorise many requests on my behalf, however I still ask that you send it to all the management of Bowex, so that I might chime in if needs be.
As a side note, I am interested in what you are constructing, seeing as you brought it up. I do like to know what it is we provide aid in, but that is only a personal request.
Yours in Service to the Realm,
Maxamillion Wolf

So, about our research. As everybody know we study nomad technology and trying to obtain it to human ships. Few our projects kept in secret for now, but our main project is construction of cloaking devises that was studyed from nomads. We are awaiting for our supply of nomads remains that died in combat and we need some matherials for constructing cloaking devises.
For now few Freelancer / Daumann / Republican Shipping ships brought some of these matherials we needed on their way back to Rheinland space and bought some Berillium ore that miners selling us sometimes. If i counted wright then we need only 20.000 of Industrial Hardware from Newcastle and 10.000 of Plasmonic Metamatherials from Dublin.
If you agree to bring us this matherials we will be very glad. Prices for both commodityes are set to 3.000, but if you wish to change prices i will rase them.

I can only sincerely apologise for the delay in getting back to you. The elaboration you've provided as to the material's purpose provoked quite some further discussion among the directors. Naturally, the study of alien technology worries us greatly given the potential for disastrous results. However, this need not necessarily be a deal-breaker.
We are more than willing to continue to provide Palmer with the services it requires, on the stipulation that ample quarantine procedures are in place to protect our crews from exposure to any Nomad related material, however marginal. In light of the hazardous nature of the materials stored onboard the structure, the directors would also like to see the price of goods raised by $250 to $3,250.
Providing the necessary security measures are in place, we will send a scout transport to your installation to gauge the supplies currently in demand. You should begin to see results almost directly after.

We can assure you that we have all our research under controll and nothing can go wrong till our scientists are not disturbed. We have few projects now and some of them will need some matherials...
In few hours we will need:
20.000 - Industrial Hardware
10.000 - Plasmonic Metamatherials
Hope that your company will deliver them today. And if you want you may buy some Berilium ore on your way to Rheinland that some BMM miners left on Palmer.
Prices on requested cargo will set on 3250 in few hours also.

We received some rather upsetting news earlier. As a matter of a fact, upsetting might be inappropriate terminology. It would be more appropriate to note that the directors are absolutely furious with both you and Palmer Research Station. I'll leave you to read the report appended below.
Mission Report #584/1673145 Wrote:Evenin' guv.
Them Zoners've been causing trouble again. This time, it's Palmer Research Station. Now, I know we've got business out that way so I thought you lot at HQ would want to know about it. They've been doing business with the Gauls - specifically, the Valor RNS-Alexandira. I caught the foul bugger trying to dock on the station. I've no doubt whatsoever that it was there in order to buy a battleship cloak, seeing as it didn't have one mounted at the time.
I was actually in the area to escort the BES Pendragon through from Omega 7 seein' as there'd been some hassle with a RHA fighter holding up our contractors. As I was scouting the Cambridge jump gate, I noticed a bleedin' Valor on the edge of my sensors. Naturally I checked it out, with a BPA constable and BAF ensign backing me up. One of the station's administrators was also present - Santa.Maria - as well as a Republican transport named Universal.
We've had a few Valors in '3 lately, so this might be the hive of scum and villainy that they're coming from. Honestly, if they're selling gear to the GRN I'd recommend we cut all ties with the treacherous bastards ASAP, but that's just my thoughts. The fuzz should probably be told about this as well. Early on in the encounter I bugged out and grabbed the FB1 off the Norfolk. Double timing it back, I found the other lads well and truly stuck in. Eventually we chased it into a sun where it killed itself. One less Valor to deal with. Pertinent logs are below:

[25.05.2015 14:59:49] Bowex)Pendragon: For ammunition
[25.05.2015 14:59:55] Santa.Maria: Oh my

[25.05.2015 15:00:05] BPA-Keith.Jones: Heard you got a valor on your hands? [25.05.2015 15:00:12] Bowex)Angry.Badger.1: AYE, GET HERE ASAP.
[25.05.2015 15:00:18] BPA-Keith.Jones: I have a bunch of Nova's, I am on my way.
[25.05.2015 15:00:23] Universe: Tag Gallic ship. Strange to see you here...
[25.05.2015 15:00:24] Bowex)Angry.Badger.1: Brown: You Zoners have exceedingly bloody poor choice in customers!
[25.05.2015 15:00:32] RNS-Alexandira: who said iam a customer
[25.05.2015 15:00:39] RNS-Alexandira: i am here to do buisness with mr here
[25.05.2015 15:00:46] RNS-Alexandira: so i dont blow his toys up
[25.05.2015 15:00:50] Santa.Maria: Customers? I don't think that this Bs want to buy Transport cloak that we have
[25.05.2015 15:01:02] BPA-Keith.Jones: This has to be a bad joke.
[25.05.2015 15:01:10] RNS-Alexandira: well so thats how you were made

[25.05.2015 15:01:14] Bowex)Angry.Badger.1: Brown: Aye? And the fact he's lined up with your mooring points is just a coincidence?
[25.05.2015 15:01:23] RNS-Alexandira: that was dominance
[25.05.2015 15:01:31] RNS-Alexandira: see my pointy gun is in my front
[25.05.2015 15:01:39] RNS-Alexandira: its really pointy
[25.05.2015 15:01:56] Bowex)Angry.Badger.1: Brown: Aye, and you're soon to be seeing how pointy our guns are too...
[25.05.2015 15:02:24] Santa.Maria: We have free access. And that's not really my desision that he can dock Bretonian
[25.05.2015 15:02:27] BPA-Keith.Jones: Gallic war ship, stand down and prepare to be boarded.
[25.05.2015 15:02:29] BAF|Ens.Jade.Roberts.: *Salutes* Bowex and Officer.
[25.05.2015 15:02:38] RNS-Alexandira: okay i wll send my grandma to greet you kay ?
[25.05.2015 15:02:47] Bowex)Angry.Badger.1: Brown: Zoner, you're harbouring enemies of the bloody state, so don't give me that bollocks!
[25.05.2015 15:02:53] BPA-Keith.Jones: Did I ever mention, I have never boarded a Valor before?
[25.05.2015 15:03:14] RNS-Alexandira: give me a bloody good reason not to blow you up right now
[25.05.2015 15:03:26] Santa.Maria: Well. Then BAF make letter to us and we will close dokcing permission to some sides.
[25.05.2015 15:03:43] BPA-Keith.Jones: Why you shouldn't blow me up? That's funny.
[25.05.2015 15:03:47] Bowex)Angry.Badger.1: Brown: Well, one, you wouldn't be able to. Second, you'd find your crew choking to death in the void a few minutes later.
[25.05.2015 15:03:48] BPA-Keith.Jones: It really isn't funny guys.
[25.05.2015 15:03:50] RNS-Alexandira: you want to test my patience
[25.05.2015 15:03:50] BAF|Ens.Jade.Roberts.: Ah there is proof that the Royal Navy are using this base as a staging post
[25.05.2015 15:03:52] RNS-Alexandira: alright
[25.05.2015 15:03:59] RNS-Alexandira: opening all turrets to hell
[25.05.2015 15:04:16] BPA-Keith.Jones: Weapons are red hot!
[25.05.2015 15:04:29] RNS-Alexandira: i wonder
[25.05.2015 15:04:30] BAF|Ens.Jade.Roberts.: BPA and Bowex you are clear to open fire
[25.05.2015 15:04:33] BAF|Ens.Jade.Roberts.: If you are fired upon
[25.05.2015 15:04:36] BPA-Keith.Jones: Firing!
[25.05.2015 15:04:37] Bowex)Angry.Badger.1: Keep him pinned. I'll fetch a bomber.
All in your hands now, boss.
Frankly, we're disgusted with your flagrant disregard for Bretonian laws. Our agent witnessed a Gallic battleship attempt to dock with the station, in order to conduct business with the owners and after apparently having previously moored. The thought that you were contracting us for materials used to build cloaking devices for our sworn enemies is frankly sickening. At this point, consider all current contracts and agreements with your station voided by Borderworld Exports.
Furthermore to my above point, you had better do an extremely good job of explaining the situation and rectifying matters so this abomination of good sense cannot occur again in the future. At the very least, we want to see the transponders 'GRN' and 'RNS' blacklisted. What you then do to try and repair matters with us is on your head, however as I said, the directors are furious at your abuse of our trust.
Should the situation not be rectified to our liking, we will be forwarding this evidence along with supporting testimonials from another witnessing BPA constable to the government for their pursuance. I am sure they will be far less tolerant of those who aid our enemies either through malice or ignorance. Think carefully over your next steps.

Dear Andrew Peterson. I heared report from Santa.Maria about this situation, but i didn't wanted to belive it. Now i see the evedance and only thing i can say is we are sorry for that. If looking for dokcing permissions on every Zoner bases like Freeports then everyone can dock there, even GRN, but since our base is in Omega 3 and may cause problems to Bretonia we agree to add all of those tagged ships to our black list. I can inshure you that they couldn't buy anythig but transport cloak on our base in that time. And i heared that "Universe" was just an Republican Shipping ship.
Since today GRN and RNC tags both been added to black lists.
Maby it's not best time for asking this, but we need more supplyes now:
20.000 - Plasmonic Metamatherials
30.000 - Industrial Hardware.
(Cloak that we constructing was ordered by Liberty Capital ship)
Evedance about Gallic ships added to black list you can see below. I also have report about 1 more Gallic warship detected near Freeport 1, but our colony ship didn't let him come close to Freeport.
With all respect: Jack Stivenson, your finest neighbour.
