Konnichi wa Makabe-san,
We are glad that you are satisfied with the work of our engineers. They will be pleased to hear that, though of course they already knew how great they were. I believe they have started using a new air freshener scent in the ventiliation systems, as well, so I will make sure to tell them of your praises.
The first supplies of fertilizers are already being used as I'm told. Thank you very much for those shipments. We are awaiting the HydroGro shipments as the Miyazaki operations are in great need of them, so your shipments will be most useful.
I see the marketing campaign goes very well. Kyushu's farmers will be very pleased with new market expansion. I just hope those guys from OS&C reply and assist as well. It seems like this will work wonderfully for us all.
Until you have more news on HydroGro and OS&C, I will let you get back to business. Be safe out there. And remember, when you think Kusari, think Samura!
I was not aware that you train your engineers to be not only skilled in mechanics, but also learned in the philosophical arts! It is good that they know they are great at what they do... after all, as the saying goes, he is a fool who is unaware of his own wisdom!
Unfortunately I have no news to tell of my communications to Orbital Spa & Cruise, I must assume their Director of Travel and Tourism has a fantastic pile of paperwork to deal with before he gets to my communication, but I shall persevere.
As to the shipments of HydroGro... you should find that the final delivery was made to Tokai Shipping Platform in orbit of Planet Miyazaki late last night. In line with standard delivery procedures, I have again attached the delivery reciepts below:
I hope that completes your quotas, but do of course let us know if we can be of further assistance with regards to similar deliveries.
Until we next speak, hopefully with news of the progress on Shonin-01 and the OS&C contract, I will leave you with the thought that every decent man, woman and child on Planet Kyushu holds your Corporation in the highest regard... it will be a sad day when we forget your honour and loyalty, when the government abandoned theirs in favour of the material wealth offered by Synth Foods *phuh*!
Unfortunately I am contacting you today to announce the failure to acquire a contract with Orbital Spa & Cruise.
I have received a direct communication from their marketing department and have been informed that they are currently facing difficulties with their Travel and Tourism Division that will leave them... unable to undertake any new contracts in the present moment.
I will begin making inquiries with alternative transport providers, and independent liner operators, but would be most appreciative of any ideas you may have as to alternatives to OS&C, until they are able to recommence operations!
May our next meeting be under less disappointing circumstances.

Konnichi wa Makabe-san,
Excellent news on the delivery front. If your operations have spare shipping time, do take a look at this exciting business opportunity! In further excellent news, word has reached me that your other ship, Shonin-01, is nearly complete. By the time you read this and are able to visit Yokohama, it likely will be.
That is too bad about OSC. Hopefully the FP2 campaign will be enough of a success that OSC shipping won’t be a major concern. If demand grows high enough, I am sure shipments there could be arranged with our legal team. In the meantime, maybe they will finish their paperwork and notice that? Regardless, arigato for the work you have done so far in the matter.
Hopefully I can bring some more hopeful news this time! During my travels, delivering supplies for the enlightened Shouhei san of the Hokkaido Wolves, I had the pleasure to make the acquaintance of Janna san, Captain of the Orbital Spa and Cruise liner "Gran Canaria". It seems that although OS&C are currently not taking contracts, the individual ships are able to make arrangements as they see fit!
So in this new light I will continue with our original proposal, but will also open the offer to independent liner and yacht operators in the hope that we can realise the original vision of the Kyushu tourism promotion!
A communication will be sent out shortly over the neural net, and of course you will be updated on any progress as and when it happens...
I am very excited to hear that our second ship is almost ready for service, and will visit Yokohama Shipyard at the earliest opportunity to oversee what will no doubt be another maiden voyage of great pleasure to myself and my employees. Fortunately we have a captain available to pilot the second ship, so, good fortune willing, we should be seeing our rice shipped across Sirius by the field load in no time!
Other business aside, I am sure we will be able to attend to some of your business opportunities in the near future, particularly of interest is your need for further HydroGro at Planet Miyazaki.
For now it has, as always, been my pleasure Kobayashi san, I look forward to our next meeting. Sayonara for now.
