Hello gentlemen,
It has been a long time and most of you, if not all, probably don't know me. Ive no idea who's still alive from back in the days when I fought side by side the BAF before Leeds fell to those... Frenchies.
My name is Galen. Im the commander of one of the few surviving Colonial Remnant cruisers from back in the days. I was once stationed in Leeds, under orders to assist the Bretonians in fighting off the Gallic invasion forces. Sadly, we all know how that turned out. In one of the last skirmishes my ship was badly damaged and I had to retreat from the front lines. Me and my crew have been flying around the warfront ever since, trying to pick off Gallic targets where we could with mixed results. However, I can no longer risk these tactics. The overall Gallic presence is too much for a single cruiser and my ship is not what it used to be. She's pretty banged up, having not received any decent maintenance for quite some time.
Currently she's in dock on Sabah Shipyard, receiving much needed repairs. Which brings me to the following.
Me and my crew are still hell bent on making frog soup. Lots of it. But alone we can only do so much. Having fought for a long time side by side with the BAF I wish to request something.
My ship needs a staging area from which to launch attacks on the frogs. Right now, Im simply to far away to assist bretonian froces if need be. So to put it simply, I hereby request permission to dock my ship somewhere in Bretonia space so I can continue assisting Bretonia in the fight against the Gallic forces. I leave it to you which base, in case you accept my request, I will be allowed to use.
I wish to note that I obviously won't be interfering in internal Bretonian affairs. Meaning I wont be going after small fry like pirates and the such, unless my assistance is specifically requested by the BAF. Ive no business nor interest in playing police officer within your space. My fight is with the frogs, and I wish to be able to take it to them once again.
So, I offer you my assistance once more against the Gauls. All I need is a base to operate from and a dock with some dedicated grease monkeys and abundant supplies of duct tape.
I hope to hear from you soon. Me and my boys are eager to get back into the fray.

Good day Commander Galen,
I am Admiral Charlotte Brooks, Commanding Officer of the 9th 10th and 12th Fleets of Her Majesties Armed Forces. I will be your point of contact should you require any further assistance past this transmission.
It is always a pleasure to see experienced veterans returning to the call of battle, especially ones with such a useful vessel under their command. I have spoken to the Fleet Admiral about giving you access to the following stations:
- Battleship York
- Battleship Suffolk
- Southampton Shipyard
This will allow you several points at which you may re-fuel and receive repairs should another station have no remaining mooring points free. I must note though, once you have completed your mission in Leeds you must dock at best speed, we don't want civilians panicking. If you are found to be loitering around Bretonia then these privileges will be revoked, although I must say you sound more than competent - these are just precautions. Thank you and gods speed.
Admiral Charlotte Brooks
Commanding Officer of the 9th, 10th and 12th Fleets
Commanding Officer of her Majesties Royal Merchant Navy

Admiral Brooks,
Thank you for the quick reply.
And I thank you for accepting my request. Said 3 bases should be more than enough for me to effectively operate. As soon as the Belial is back in operational order, I will make my way to Bretonia.
Your concerns regarding a foreign warship flying around Bretonia are sound. Ill take care to be as quick as possible when in transit through Bretonian space. Should the BAF or any other Bretonian authority ever request my assistance, they can always contact me. I'll help in any way I can.
I am sure we will meet in person one day. Until then,
