Game crashes to desktop!

Sorry If this is in the wrong place Im new to the forum.
Ok when i first install discovery i can load up a multiplayer server and load a character, but once I exit the game and try to start up that same character (or a new character) the game crashes to the desktop. When I try to join a server i get several messages saying it is taking longer than expected to join (this happens even the first time when I do join) im assuming this is due to my latency and high ping but I don't believe it won't cause the game to crash. If you have any questions for me please ask. Thank you for any help!

Try putting dsace.dll onto your antiviruses exceptions list, i did it and it worked for me when i first installed disco!
