IND where are thou

So couple of months ago I saw that IND got disbanded. But.... Are there any IND's alive? Like, trying to get official again?

I kinda wanted to join that faction but RIGHT in that month they got disbanded, unlucky me. So are you guys still around?

A couple of the people in the faction still play (on other chars), it is extremely dead though and it has been in zombie mode for the last year or two anyway (Actually it was probably in zombie mode before that, that just happens to be when I joined it).
