I know that the Liberty Navy fields a massive armada of varied capital vessels, but imagine my surprise when I see a class and style that was - Begging your pardon - alien to me.
As little as we in Rheinland know about the opposite front of Sirius, we at least know of the DeFrance name, a "Charles" who evidently serves as Gallia's Kanzler but drops the pretense of republicanism. As I understand it, there's an "Alice DeFrance" who sent her regards to me?
I'd like to hear about this story if possible, or possibly... Meet her in person. I'm presuming that this DeFrance - If you're referring to the same surname as that of Gallic fame - Doesn't support her relative's intentions for Houses Bretonia and Liberty. I understand that security of this figure may be an issue and as such I understand if the leader of a band of Rheinlandic "terrorists" is not recieved with the most enthusiasm.
Your message has been forwarded to me and I've decided to answer it personally.
It is a troubling situation for many, including myself. If I was told years ago I would join forces with people that have been described to me as terrorists and savages since I was born, I would have laughed. The reality of the situation is much different, and it's exactly where I stand now. I have to fight against old acquaintances, some whom were close to me, in the name of freedom.
I believe you know quite well what I'm talking about. The Bundschuh have been at it before you and I were born.
Despite our radically different origins, education, experiences even, we share the same goals and are both outcasts of our own houses.
My father, King Charles has commited many crimes in the name of a vengeance that has long lost its purpose and is leading our people into an inevitable demise. These very crimes and prospects have led me to these unlikely alliances with former enemies. It is, again, something I believe your movement is familiar with.
I am not opposed to meeting you, as a matter of fact the reports of collaboration between the Royalists and Rheinland's Authorities are quite concerning. It would be worth a discussion, among other topics.

Thank you for your prompt response; I apologize for the necessity of being so far from your home, and I wish the continued Libertonian offensive into the contested region of Bretonia all fortune and strength in driving the imperialist Crown back.
Though, I'm assuming that the Liberty Navy is not referred to as a "terrorist" group by the Gallic Royal Navy... Who are you referring to?
I'd be very gracious to meet you and discuss what our respective struggles have in common, of course. I invite the Normandie back to Bremen's Westerstede if desired; the Rheinwehr rarely dares enter the nebula. Alternatively, the Bundschuh are legally permitted to openly operate within Libertonian territory, should any portion of Libertonian space serve better as a staging point for such a meeting.
Commander Ellington has evaluated your request and approved it. A VWA delegation, up to five members, will be welcomed aboard the Normandie currently stationed at Norfolk Shipyard.
I'm personally looking forward to it.
